    Switching from Garmin to AW?

    Hi!

    I currenty own a Garmin Vivoactive 3, and it is time for a change:) I am looking into AW S6, but wondering if SE would be enough, or else I am thinking about Fenix 6s. The only thing about fenix is that I find it so "heavy", while the AW is so sleek and goes with almost every outfit or whatever. My main activities are running, weightlifting, rowing, skiing and hiking. Maybe fenix is a bit overkill either way..?

    I did consider buying AW since before vivoactive, but my choice was based on price back then. I am very happy with this watch, but remember I wish I bought AW in the beginning. My main concern now is the difference in battery life. I am very pleased with Garmin, and have heard about battery issues with AW. I think that is the only thing holding me back is this, and the price maybe:):)

    Sorry if this was a messy post, my thoughts are kinda all over the place atm, I am super indecisive, so any recommendation or thoughts would be helpful:)

    Suggestion for dock?

    I love my Milanese loop, but omg I hate that it becomes a magnetized ball around my charger at night. Any suggestions for a dock or anything? I just have it stationary on my bedside table at the moment.

    Apple care question

    My Apple Watch is eligible for Apple care for about 3 more weeks, i will probably want to get a series 7 when they come out in September so my question is what happens if I get the Apple care and then sell the watch ? I would cancel my Apple care but when I sell it would the new owner be able to get Apple care ?

    Nike app frozen on Apple Watch 6

    I ran a 5k tonight. I double tapped the screen and went to hit the end button. For some reason it has frozen. I have forced closed if. Powered it off and had the watch die and turn back on and the screen still open to the same thing. Anyone have any ideas on how to un freeze it and hopefully still save the run so I can check out the splits.

    Picture is of the screen that it's frozen on. I've hit the pause, nothing happens. I've hit the water lock and it locks and then I turn then dial to unlock it. So only thing that appears frozen is that pause button.

    Do I need a screen protector if I have a rugged case on on my apple watch SE?

    I just bought an apple watch SE and when I put the screen protector on my apple watch with the case, the case got my screen protector off. And then I chose to stick with just the rugged case as it can provide the security to the watch body and screen as well. SO am I doing right with not keeping a screen protector on?

    Battery Drain on Series 6

    Face Gallery Not Updating with New WatchOS

    My iphone 11 and Series 3 watch are both up to date on OS but my watch face gallery still has the old faces and not the new ones that have been advertised. When I try to use Facer, I get an error message that Face Sharing isn't supported on my WatchOS, even though I'm running 7.6.

    It took me 7(!) hours to update today so I really can't be redoing that. Help?

    So recently I updated to ios 15 beta but I didn't like the battery performance so I downgraded and I upgraded the watch too and now I can't connect to it . Ps the watch is reseted now so I think it's useless. Is there any way to fix it or wait for 15 to release in mid september. Apple Watch Series 5

    Mixed Cardio workout feels like cheating in Apple Watch Fitness

    I had a very late night and I woke up at around 6 PM after working an overnight shift. Took me a while to get going so to speak. I started mixed cardio workout at 9:25 while walking the dog and kept it running while on my feet doing things around my apartment (dishes, bagging laundry, cleaning bathroom etc). I finally stopped it at about 11 but by then I had smashed my entire daily goal for all the rings. I was active, sure, but this would not have even come close to happening if I didn't have the workout running. Feels like cheating. Any insight/info regarding this?

    I am at a loss. Apple Watch will not pair no matter what I do.

    Attempting to pair a 40mm series 4 watch with my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It keeps giving me an unable to check for update message.

    I have tried hard resetting both devices, using WiFi or cellular, updating to latest IOS, resetting network settings, I've even tried pairing it with an 8 Plus and a 2020 SE and neither of those can pair to the watch either. I even removed the case on my phone and that didn't work.

    I'm at a loss. Since so many others have asked this same question I doubt I will get a solution but I'm posting just in case.

    Edit: Unfortunately it appears this watch may have been on OS 8 which is incompatible with my IOS 14 iPhone. I'm not gonna install the 15 beta on my phone just to use this watch, so I'll probably return and get a refund. Oh well. Kinda wanted one of the blue or red series 6's anyways, might have to splurge for that lol.

    What exactly is the move goal on the ring?

    I'm not sure I understand it really. I have mine currently set to 300. I've surpassed my goal today, currently at 310, despite the fact I've spent the entire day laying around watching some movies. I got up at 10, put on my watch, and it's almost 2 and somehow I still achieved my move goal.

    What exactly does the move goal measure? Just basic arm movements?

    Mail/Spotify issues

    Hi all! I've recently noticed that my watch no longer syncs/mirrors my phones mail and Spotify. My watch shows all "unread" emails even thought I've deleted/read them on my phone. Also, when I use Spotify I can no longer use passoff on my watch to change songs/volume. Everything is up to date and I unpaired and repaired the watch and it fixed it for about a day lol. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

    Hi, so I am planning to get an Apple Watch.

    I was looking at the SE but then I see that it doesn't have EKG ( is it really that useful? If no then I can get the SE to be a little future proof with the 32 GB instead of the 16 GB ) so I looked at the Apple Watch 6 but it's a little to expensive and change my mind to the Apple Watch 4, will I have the same problem as the Apple Watch 3 has with storage and updates?

    Can’t turn off theater mode, do not disturb, and bedtime on Apple Watch series 3

    Just like the title says, I can't turn those off when I try clicking the icons and some other icons like the flashlight or water expulsion won't turn on

    Sleep mode error

    Does anyone also face the issue where if you wake up like 2 hours before your set time to wake up by turning off the sleep mode by turning the crown then off the sleep mode and do not get the morning welcome screen and also the sleep not being recorded into tue health app until much later ?
