| returning accepted Apple Pay money Posted: 13 May 2021 08:08 PM PDT I accidentally accepted money via Apple pay from iMessages, I don't have any cards added to my account. I tried adding a card just so I could send the money back but my iPhone says I need a software update to add the card :/ is there any way I can just give the money back? | iPad Apple Pencil not connecting to bluetooth Posted: 13 May 2021 10:57 PM PDT Hi, today when I was using my iPad to draw suddenly my Apple Pencil stopped working. I checked the bluetooth and it said Apple Pencil was not connected, so I tried to reconnect but it didn't work. Then I went to "forget this device" to try and pair it again but the Apple Pencil stopped showing up in bluetooth menu. Whenever I connect my Apple Pencil to the iPad a notification would appear but it still isn't showing up on the bluetooth menu. iPad is iPad Pro 11 inch, Apple Pencil 2, and running on 14.5.1. Posted: 13 May 2021 09:47 PM PDT I've been trying to purchase procreate on AppStore, I've literally tried all my cards ,they get declined everytime , stating to update my payment methods. The one time it accepts a credit card , the transaction fails and my money gets deducted. I've contacted both my bank and Apple customer support, multiple time, each one says to contact the other everytime. It's soooo frustrating. Is there anyway I can solve this ? [link] [comments]  |
| Swollen battery iphone X over 3 years (maybe 4) Posted: 13 May 2021 05:58 PM PDT As title says, my battery swollen so much the screen lifted out, I contacted apple and they suggested to take an appointment to the nearest Apple store (Japan). Of course my phone is out of warranty and I'm ready to pay the battery price for it. But, what should I expect? (if someone got the same problem recently) Anyone here got it fixed? After researching on google, some years ago, I read they would replace the whole unit for the cost of the battery, but seeing that iphone x is from 2017, do they still have them? | Can someone tell me where my videos went from iMovie?! Posted: 13 May 2021 05:55 PM PDT So I made a iMovie that was about 40mins long that consists of both pictures, videos, and background music. After I uploaded all the content into the iMovie itself I deleted it all from my camera role. After that I had no issues playing the video and editing it. When I accessed the iMovie yesterday a pop up said that videos were downloading from iCloud, with videos with an indicator saying they were downloading. I didn't see what this indication was supposed to be and instead all the videos in my iMovie were gray boxes that didn't play anything. Then the boxes turned into a yellow and black striped box and a message popped up saying my videos are missing. What happened?! It is saying some videos could not be found and all of my videos I put in the iMovie are gone, with just the pictures remaining. Does anyone know what happened. I don't know why it would have to do with deleting them from my camera role because they were present after that with no issues for a while. I deleted the photos from cam role too but they're still in the iMovie. Can someone help me? [link] [comments]  |

| ITunes Purchases Accidentally Deleted from Phone Won’t Redownload Posted: 13 May 2021 05:27 PM PDT I searched the subreddit and couldn't find something like that that had been answered. I have an iPhone XS running 14.5.1. I was scrolling through a playlist and decided to remove a couple of songs from it. Only option was to hit the trash can that came up when you swipe on the song. This deleted the songs from my library completely. They do now show up in iTunes as being purchased, but when I search for the album in iTunes and pull it up, it says I have purchased those songs. It will not let me download them. I'm ready to pull my hair out. Is this because of the switch from iTunes to Apple Music? Are my songs just gone? I've already tried screaming into the void that is Apple Chat Help. Thank you I'm advance is someone has guidance or insight. [link] [comments]  |

My friend's iPad is stuck in Netflix, I've tried everything I can think of, pressing the home button, using siri, recommendations and screen time. It either just doesn't respond or in Siri's case, she just says she couldn't do it sorry about that. I asked them if they had done anything odd with their ipad such as jailbreaking it or downloading potentially dangerous software. As far as we know, nothing is wrong. I was asleep by 22:00 yet my terminal displays "up 22:32". It also says "2 users" which seems odd to me as there is only one account on this laptop and I had switched the guest user to off some time ago.
