- Can’t update my apps when I try to and even though I’m logged in it always comes up with this.

- i wanted to know why i don’t have the option to enable 5g anymore it was there when i first bought the phone and then i powered off the phone and powered it back on and the who layout of the voice and data section is different and i no longer have the option of 5g auto ???
- Stuck at "Go to one of your other devices signed in to iCloud to approve your Mac Mini". No idea how to get past it.

Posted: 23 Apr 2021 08:54 PM PDT After not using my apple pencil for 2 years, I recently found it and wanted to start using it, after plugging it in to charge I found that the battery went up super quickly, after unplugging the apple pencil the battery immediately dropped to 3% and disconnected. I tried again and again and still no luck. Now, even with it plugged in it keeps disconnecting, reconnecting, disconnecting and on and on. Is there a way to fix this? [link] [comments]  |

As of right now, i am planning to buy the new macbook pro 16 gb, 1tb which is about 1800. When the new 14inch drops around November (allegedly), i would like to trade the macbook. So how much value does the laptop retain over 6-8 months? If the value drops drastically, my plan is to, buy the cheapest macbook air, and trade in when the new pro launches, so i lose the least amount of money. What do yall think i should do? | Posted: 23 Apr 2021 09:42 PM PDT I'm trying to enable two-factor authentication on my Mac Mini (Mojave) and I'm stuck at this screen. I did some googling and read that I'm supposed to go here on my iPhone: Settings -> [account name] -> Password & Security -> Get Verification Code. When I do that, I get a code and it says, "Enter this verification code on your other device to sign in." Great...but I don't see anywhere to enter that code. Meanwhile, there's nothing on the Mini that lets me cancel out of the current screen. I figured I'd wait and maybe it would time out, but it's been more than a day now and nothing's changed. The Screen and the Motherboard would split a little bit and still work. | All my photos were deleted on import Posted: 23 Apr 2021 09:30 PM PDT Tried to import photos from my iphone 6 to an hp laptop to photos and it said it was importing 6000 photos, it errored out immediately while doing the upload and i chose option to delete photos from phone when importing like a dumbass. | Two factor has mystery phone number Posted: 23 Apr 2021 09:02 PM PDT I'm hoping someone can help. I spent hours on the phone with apple and didn't get anywhere. My iPad has my husband's Apple ID. The family account is set up under his ID. Somehow it got switched to two factor authentication with a phone number that isn't one of ours so we can't get into the account anymore. He has an android phone so that's the only thing that had the ID besides a really old iPod. Any ideas what to do? Apple suggested leaving the family and starting a new one but two issues. Will I lose all of my purchases and cloud? And one of my sons is under 13 so I assume I'd have to approve him leaving, which I can't do because I can't sign in the iPad. Hopefully that made sense. | IMessage Texts Sending As Sms After Restore Posted: 23 Apr 2021 08:22 PM PDT I backed up and restored my phone today, but after restoring, I cant text my partner with Imessage. Any text i send her is automatically changed to SMS and i'm not getting her texts. If the message does send as an Imessage, it immediately turns green. this issue does not occur with any other person in my contacts list. I heard not being able to send read receipts is a sign you are blocked, but she has not blocked me. What can i do? I have tried restarting my phone, disabling Imessage with no success. | Opened strange attachment on outlook Posted: 23 Apr 2021 04:17 PM PDT Happy Friday! I recently viewed a attachment on outlook that has been causing my mind to race. I received an email and I viewed the attachment because I thought it would give me insight into the computer part they are looking for. There was 14 attachments and they all had 8 random numbers @ 8 random numbers. Wasn't a traditional JPEG or DOC. When I clicked on them, it said "file format is not supported". I quickly realized that I probably shouldn't of clicked on them and have been panicking ever sense. I am using an iPhone and running the latest update. Could I have been hacked or malicious software? The thought of someone watching me through my camera, listening to me or going through my information scares me. I know it's probably an overreaction but It never hurts to ask. The email was from a foreign address but it was a client. Usually when he emails me, it has his name and company at the bottom. This one didn't and it had "sent from mobile" written in what I assume is mandarin. Its still from his email address though. The attachments also do not show up when I look at outlook on a desktop, only on mobile application. I have a picture I can provide if needed. Today I went to get a protective glass on my Iphone SE 2020, and the lady who put it, sprayed the screen of my phone 2 times with a liquid that according to her was "watered down alcohol" then rubbed it of quickly with a little wiping towel and put the glass. Screen looks and works perfect as well as the fingerprint reader but I couldn't help going into panic because I know alcohol is abrasive unless it's isopropyl alcohol. Having issues on iPad but not iPhone Posted: 23 Apr 2021 07:20 PM PDT Weird one for you here - my folks are having huge network connectivity issues when they use FaceTime on an 8th gen/2020 iPad, but not when using a 2nd gen/2020 iPhone SE. I'm thinking it's possible their upload speeds are too slow as they only have 10 mpbs down and less than 1 mpbs up, but then that wouldn't make a ton of sense because using a different device on the same network has zero issues. Are there different bandwidth requirements based on whether you're using an iPad or iPhone? [link] [comments]  |

I've tried Recovery mode (Restore), Recovery mode (factory reset), and DFU mode (factory restore). No matter what the iPhone just resets and goes back into the boot loop. Can I assume there's nothing else I can do and I have to bring it in to the Apple store? I bought this thing refurbed from Swappa for less than Apple apparently charges for unknown issues so I'm fuming at the idea that my phone is bricked after just 4 months. [link] [comments]  |

| My iPhone 11 photo quality looks terrible. What can I do? Posted: 23 Apr 2021 06:00 PM PDT I've noticed for quite a while that my phone pictures look really terrible. The quality looks like a picture took in 2015 but I thought that I was just seeing things. I've got my hands into an iPhone 6s to make a test and those were the results: Photo 1: iPhone 11 Photo 2: iPhone 6s Photo 3: zooming in on iPhone 11 Photo 4: zooming in on iPhone 6s Not only the colors look more alive on the IPhone 6s, the quality looks far superior and way sharper. When we zoom in, we can see how sharper the iPhone 6s is. The 11 photo looks blurry and the orange part of the tiger have some dark parts, while in the 6s everything is really clear. Not only that, but in the 11 there is some lines that even looks like I edited the photo (right above the tiger's nose). Live photo is not on, phones were side to side. Optimize iphone on the Icloud settings is already turned off. Is there a possibility my camera is damaged? [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 23 Apr 2021 05:31 PM PDT Whst are some key indicators between a fake and a genuine MagSafe 2 MacBook charger (older Mac like 2015)? I've had it for years and no reason to suspect it's fake, I just can't remember where I got it from 100% and I've just got a new battery replacement for my Mac so I don't want to mess it up with a fake charger..
