    Description :
    This tweak changes all page dots on the springboard to a numerical display. This applies to the home screen and to any folders. This is the 1st tweak I have released and may have some issues, if any are found feel free to leave a reply and if possible a screenshot.

    [Question] do the exploits that apple patched in 14.4 mean that there is potential for ios 14 semi untethered jailbreaking?

    Yesterday i say a tweak in my twitter timeline called "BetterCydia" that makes cydia faster and better. The guy which posted the tweet is followed from a few known account in the jailbreak community. I added the repo and installed the tweak because it looked reliable. The log in the console in cydia was not normal because there where a lot of hex numbers. So i looked what dylibs the tweak has and saw that the tweak has 5 dylibs.

    And a Preferences plist from an other tweak. I googled the dylibs and found out that all of the included tweaks are from diffrent persons.
    So all of this tweaks can't be from this person.

    That examples showed me again to don't install from sources that are not famous, because the tweak sounds nice, but there could be malware in it like a few weaks ago with a snowboard dylib that was not downloaded from a trusted repo.

    An other thing is which i don't know too, is if the person has the right to include this tweaks in his tweak AND want to make money with it.
    It's a lie that he declare himself as developer of it.

    i was very disappointed after i found out all this things and wanted warn you from tweaks like this.
    My questions are:
    Do you check the sources that you copy in your repo manager if the are trusted?
    Do you look after the installation if the tweak could be mailware or has dylibs that are strange for you?
    Are there more examples of tweaks with strange dylibs that we should not install?
    And please support the real developers of tweak development <3. Download the tweaks from their repos and thank them. We are a small community but love that jailbreaking can make with other devices <3

    I'm getting the lockdown_e_invalid_service memo. I'm signed into iTunes (on windows pc) and I've restarted cydia.

    Is this no longer a thing? Is there another way to jailbreak it? It's not letting me in and I can't remember my old Apple ID and it doesn't pull anything up when I use the find my Apple ID tool

    [Question]Apple Watch with lock? (Read before you hate!)

    Hey guys. A few days ago I found an Apple Watch in apartment parking ramp. I posted all over the community page, let the office know, and even put up an old fashion sign. (I didn't turn it in to the office because we all know how that goes, but told them contact me if anyone comes looking).

    After almost a week, not a single person. I contacted Apple with the serial looking to see if I can get a contact to it before it's a lost cause, nothing.

    Is there anything I can do with it before it ends up in the dump? It's a perfect working watch and seems stupid af to have to just throw it away. I'd love to be able to return it, but not I'm sure if that's possible at this point. Any way to unlock it to give away or donate even? Otherwise, it literally will just get thrown away because there is no use for it.

    [Tutorial] How to Reset or Update your jailbroken device

    You may need someday to update your phone (for a new jailbreak support or not), or to reset it because of problems or to simply get rid of your jailbreak and get a fresh phone.

    Requirements

    Everything mentioned below requires a PC where you can use iTunes. (Except for some cases)

    Prerequisites

    You'll need to download the ipsw of the version you want to install on your device. Go on this website and follow the steps to get your ipsw file.

    If you want to use a technique below that requires iTunes, you'll need a signed version (iOS 14.3+ at this time)

    Steps

    Step 1: Remove your jailbreak

    No matter what you want to do, you have to remove everything related to your jailbreak. Here you got 2 choices: - Restore RootFS: This is a very common option that can be found in the app of your jailbreak. This will delete your jailbreak files without doing anything to your data. - Wipe your phone: This will totally erase your phone. Then you have 3 choices for this: - RootFS + Settings: Restore RootFS, then go to your settings and erase content and settings of your device. Simple. - RootFS + iTunes: Restore RootFS, then go on iTunes, and ⇧+Click on the "Restore" button. Then choose the ipsw file you downloaded of a signed version. This will update your phone (if jailbroken in an unsigned version). - SuccessionRestore: This is a wonderful jailbreak tool by u/samgisaninja that allows you to combine the 2 steps above. It will clean your jailbreak data, and if you check the right option in its settings, it will also totally wipe your phone. It requires an ipsw that it will download by itself, or that you can provide directly in the right folder. Everything is explained in this app.

    Note that using the "RootFS + Settings" method isn't the best one, there can be leftover jailbreak files and this might cause problems.

    Step 2: Update/reinstall iOS

    If you only want to reset your phone, then follow the steps 1 or 3 above and you're good to go.

    Else, it's almost the same thing for an update than for a restore on iTunes. ⇧+Click on the "Update" button in iTunes, choose your ipsw of your signed version, and follow the steps. Congrats, you have an updated phone ready to be jailbroken again!

    [Question] Toyota app JB finder iPhone Blocking access

    Toyota app and Lexus app both have a JB finder feature, unfortunately you cannot just use older versions, as it forces you to update when a new version of the app is released. Are there any tweaks that work with these apps and get passed the JB finder, and more specifically for my case, the Toyota app?

    ALSO, AUTOMOD KEEPS REMOVING MY POST, I NEED TO FIND A WORKING ONE.

    [Help] Stuck in Checkra1n jailbreak?

    I jailbreaked with checkra1n a month ago and quickly switched to odysseyra1n.Only problem is that I didn't rootfs before unjailbreaking.After unjialbreaking I tried jailbreaking with checkra1n again but the app wouldn't show up unless I resprang or changed the language in settings.Tweaks worked but every jailbreak related app wouldn't show up(Cydia?powerapp,filza etc.)until I resprang or set a different language.I then reset my phone then jailbreaked,same thing happened but this time the tweaks didn't work too.I download sileo and that made everything worse so I unjailbreaked.I thought I was unjailbroken but when I force shutdown my phone a white line on a black screen appeared which only happened when I was jailbroken.The tweaks aren't working but I'm pretty sure that screen means I'm jailbroken.Plus apps from third part app stores won't show now either,I think I screwed up my phone,any fixes?IPhone 6s Plus with iOS 14.2

    I've seen a lot of those questions on this sub and the answer is ALWAYS NO! If you have any kind of A11-A14 (iPhone 8 - iPhone 12 Pro Max) device you shouldn't update in terms of jailbreaking. On the A11 devices (iPhone 8 - iPhone X) you can save blobs even when you're NOT jailbroken, so save your blobs. On the newer devices you just have to wait for a jailbreak to drop to get into the jailbreaking loop. Once you're jailbroken you can save blobs and you need to save blobs if you want to update your iOS and still be jailbroken. If for example a jailbreak drops for iOS 14 - 14.2 and you can finally jailbreak save immediately your blobs! If a few month later a jailbreak drops for iOS 14.3 - 14.4 you can update with your blobs to the latest iOS (if the SEP is compatible, but most likely it is). Conclusion don't update! It will lower the chance that a jailbreak drops for your iOS version.

    Hey, i just did a full reset of my iPhone, without doing the restore rootfs before the reset, i got a lot of applications fro the jailbreak, like cydia, and filza and icleaner and other, how can i delete them ? Even if it's possible only the icon without the app.
