    Mom says iPad is really slow, I check and her LTE usage is pretty insane, anyway to optimize it so she’s not using so much? T-Mobile is severely throttling the usage on an unlimited plan

    Does anyone know if it's possible to have a lightmode wallpaper while still keeping dark mode on?

    I love the look of the new scenery wallpapers in lightmode, but prefer using darkmode all the time.

    Apple Pencil causing Bluetooth audio interference

    I'm using an iPad Air 4 with an Apple Pencil 2, and occasionally I'd connect my Sony WF-1000XM3 wireless earbuds to watch videos or listen to music.

    Recently I've noticed that the audio tends to skip quite frequently (1-3 times within a minute of video playback) and after several trials, I found out it was mainly due to the Apple Pencil being connected to the iPad simultaneously with the earbuds (with the Apple Pencil unpaired, audio worked perfectly with no hiccups, as with my other devices).

    I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this with other third-party wireless earbuds. I'd imagine that the AirPods would handle this better with their H1 chip. The Sonys that I own are also known to be slightly prone to wireless interferences, so that could also be a contributing factor.

    Battery Health Screenshot??

    I want to purchase a used iPad. But before i do, I'd like to check the battery health. Is there a particular menu option that reveals battery health so that I can ask the seller to send me screenshot?

    Looking for a particular drawing app...

    I'm basically looking to see if there's an app that actually guides you/helps you learn to draw as you're doing it, as opposed to finding a video on youtube and following (sometimes trying to keep up with) the actions of someone else. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Apple Pencil liftoff distance vs Surface Pen

    I am thinking about getting an iPad Pro to replace my Surface Book as the device for taking notes at uni. I am quite happy with the feel of the Surface Pen but the Gen1 Surface Book is pushing five years now and is feeling a bit sluggish at times. I tried the Apple Pencil 1 on my s/o's iPad Pro 10.5", and I felt like the liftoff distance is a bit too high for me, as in, when I write something, I tend to draw lines between the letters because apparently, I don't lift the pen very much between individual characters.

    Has anyone else encountered this problem (tried an 11" with AP 2 in the store and had the same issue) or do I just write weirdly?

    My iPad Pro corrupts my photo’s when I move them to my external SSD. Am I the only one?

    So, I'm a photographer and love using my 2020 iPad Pro 11'' for pretty much everything. But I'm running into a bit of a problem... When I try to copy over either my Fujifilm RAW or JPEG files to my Samsung T7 Touch via the Files app, the damn thing corrupts my files. Like, the first couple of files will be alright, but after that it starts ruining them. Doesn't matter whether the SSD is plugged in directly via the USB-C port, or with my Hyper Drive dongle in between. Am I doing something wrong? Am I the only one?

    Looking for a solution to have my iPad play the video and audio from my AppleTV (or any HDMi device)

    Like the title says I am hoping that there is a device and app where I could have the video playing from my AppleTV to my iPad. The use case is that I have a show or movie playing in the living room but would love to take my iPad in the living room to continue what was playing at the same time so that my wife can continue to watch on the TV while I am somewhere else in the house.

    I'm not sure if a combination of an HDMI splitter and a Luna display or something cheaper than a Hollyland Mars 400 wireless HDMI kit (video production device).

    Anyone have thoughts or ideas on this?

    Does the Smart Connector hold up well after extended daily use?

    So I've currently got an iPad 7 paired with a Logitech Combo Touch (the one with the trackpad. It's a super awesome case btw but that's beside the point.)

    The work that I do on my iPad requires me to deattach and reattach the keyboard from the Smart Connector several times a day, and, while this setup has been working great for me so far, I'm worried about the overall longevity of the Smart Connector and whether it will lose its magnetivity after a couple years.

    Is this something to worry about or am I just being silly?

    I have a raspberry pi server setup in the U.S, and I have a client iPad in China, with a vpn tunnel that allows me to connect the iPad to the raspberry pi server's network remotely. When VPN is connected, the iPad's file app can't connect to raspberry pi's server to do file sharing, even though the iPad is virtually in the same LAN with the raspberry pi server. What's the problem here? Other iOS devices physically in the same network have no issue connecting to the server.
