    Realistically how many hours should a new and newly installed iPhone 6 (third party) battery last using safari and Netflix after being fully charged to 100 percent for several hours? Not the bs that Apple claims, but in reality.

    If the phone or any other device is currently signed out of the apple id, but was signed in before, can you use find my iphone still?

    Black screen of death

    My MacBook Pro 2015 is having an issue where there are times where booting it up makes the sound, but the screen turns blue and I've tried the keyboard combinations as well as unplugging the display cable.

    Payment method issues.

    Every time i go to make a payment, it says "Payment method declined, please update your info" but when i go to update it, it says that it's unable to. So i try to delete my debit card (it's Visa/Chase) and it tells me "Unable to remove payment method, there is an active subscription on this Apple ID that requires at least one payment on file." The thing is...I don't have any active subscriptions, Nor do i have any other credit and/or debit cards because i'm only 15. I really don't know how to resolve this issue and i've contacted Apple by messages but they didn't help a whole lot other than explaining what's going on rather than trying to resolve it. Help!

    Chrome won't let me edit my touchbar

    Earlier this semester I changed my touchbar in chrome to show the function keys instead of the quick actions. Honestly forgot how I changed it but when I go to click the 'customize touchbar' button to change it back it's grayed out. Any help would be appreciated!

    Can I use AppleCare+ to get my iPhone X screen replaced if I have deep scratches covering text/content displayed on screen?

    My iPhone X feel out of my pocket today and now has scratches all over the screen. A couple of these scratches are deep, and are distracting as they obscure text/content underneath. The pixels below these scratches appear multicoloured like a rainbow. Would this be a good enough reason for replacing the screen? I'd argue it's not just cosmetic, it affects readability. I have AppleCare+.

    I've heard that Apple does not routinely fix scratched screens but have also heard stories of Geniuses being very lenient.

    After using Update iCloud Music Library, removing and readding, and waiting for several hours for these new albums I imported to stop showing dotted clouds, nothing has worked. This is the first time I've come across this problem to this extent. Can anyone give any other suggestions?

    I get multiple reminders to back up my computer daily and they're no the reminders that ever go away until you click them. How can I stop this? I have automatic backups disabled. I can't find any options in the Notifications portion of System Preferences.

    2018 MPB : Big Sur 11.0.1

    Before anyone asks, I just don't have a need to back my computer up very often. I love that time machine exists and I appreciate the occasional reminder like what I got before upgrading to Big Sur, but I am starting to feel like I'm dodging a bill collector.

    iPhone 11 pro or iPhone 12?

    Pretty easy question, i want to get a new phone. the iphone 11 pro is cheaper (and cooler looking) than the iphone 12, but 5g is also nice. From upgrading from an iphone 7, what would you guys reccommend? Save my money and get last years flagship, or get the new iphone with 5g?

    Purchased Apple Gift Cards from Target intended to pay for my instore repair, one automatically added to my Apple ID balance, what can I do??

    So my MacBook Pro has been needing a battery replacement for a while. Target has a deal currently going on, spend $100 on Apple gift cards get $20 target cards. Anyways. I bought two to cover the $199 repair cost. I got the egift cards today and went to try to figure out how I can add them to my Wallet app so they have a way to scan them when I go to pay for the repair. Well I clicked the hyper link of the activation code and it automatically went and opened the iTunes app, and added it to my Apple ID balance after scanning my face with Face ID. I tried to stop the scan but it got it before I could turn my phone away. So now I have $100 in my Apple ID and $100 on the other card. I called support who said I could just tell the store to redeem it from my Apple ID. So I went to my Genius Bar appointment tonight and as I was dropping it off I asked them about this before I added the other $100 card to my account. And he asked the manager and other reps who all confirmed this isn't possible. After chatting with multiple reps at Apple and being transferred 3 times I basically got no help. The only bit of information I was able to get was that the gift cards end with an X meaning they're only iTunes and App Store cards. But that's not what I bought and on the link from target it says I can use them in store. So I'm stumped here. I have a week or so before the repair is done and I have to pay for it to figure this out. Any advice ?

    Deleted a virtual machine but doesn't look like the space allotted for it was fully returned

    I installed a Virtual Machine and allocated ~130GB but it couldn't load the image successfully. I deleted it, but it doesn't look like I got the entire 130GB back. My current space that's available is even less than 130GB.

    What's causing this?

    Not sure if this is the best spot for this, please redirect me if there's somewhere more relevant. I'm using an apple iphone, so it might fit here.

    I was browsing tumblr (the app) and I accidentally clicked on a weird add. It didn't seem too bad at first look, but when I clicked, the url was a whole bunch of weird numbers, with some words. I can't remember what it said.

    I exited the add, disconnected from the wifi, emptied my cache, and reset my phone. I forgot to deinstall tumblr, but I did that as soon as my phone was back online. I'm not sure what else to do. Getting a virus/getting hacked and having my information stolen is a big fear of mine.

    Any other AASP having delays after sending machines to Houston depot?

    Our machines typically have a 3-5 day turn around time but we have machines from Halloween that haven't come back.

    I reached out to an Apple rep and they said to set expectations around extended repair times. Other repair centers are operating as normal.

    Is any one else experiencing this? Customers are obviously getting upset.
