Apps appearing white in multitask in 14.2 b4

While I go into multitasking and quickly swipe away the first app and go back into the home screen , the second app flashes a white image for a split second. Anybody experiencing this as well? Happened on both iOS 14.1 and 14.2 b4. iPhone 12.

[iOS 14.2 DB4] Synchronized vibration gone

There is no option for "synchronized" vibration on my iPhone 11 Pro, it's only there for air drop notifications but not texts and calls, and it was there on iPhone 6s so why is this?

Anyone else having issues with notifications in the latest public beta of 14.2? Specific problem seems to be iMessage, had a few messages which have not triggered any sort of notification. iPhone XR.

So is the weather app using Dark Sky data or not?

I can't find a definitive answer to this anywhere. When I compare the forecast to the Dark Sky website they don't align but according to some of the posts during the IOS 14 beta period, they did. Is this a regional thing? It still says Weather Channel on the bottom left so does it use only use some of the data from Dark Sky? I'm confused.
