    I’d love to see the Music app widget allow you to select the albums or playlists you want pinned to your home screen.

    Heck, in the music app, I'd love to be able to pin playlists the same way we get to pin notes & have favorite playlists right at the top.

    [14.2 Beta] Not sure if this is wide known but Shazam in control center can detect music in movies and podcasts while playing.

    iOS 14.2 beta 1 Network Extensions Bug?

    Hi, I am on iOS 14.2 beta. I currently develop a DNS only 'VPN' app.

    While connected to WIFI, I have no issues loading websites and connecting. My DNS server receives the traffic coming from clients and everything works normal.

    However, as soon as the client begins to use 4G (cellular) all traffic stops. It is almost as if the sandbox has it's internet connection pulled except it is systemwide.

    Is this a bug in iOS 14? I have a friend testing my app and he reported the same Issue on the released 14.0.1

    Unfortunately I no longer have a device running iOS 13 myself so I cannot test older versions.

    Did something change in iOS 14? I know in macOS app need to have an entitlement to be able to send and receive data. Seems rather strange this works flawlessly over wifi but is blocked over cellular

    On the iOS 14 preview page, Apple mentioned that users in India will be able to download software updates over cellular data but mine is a still asking for a Wi-Fi connection. Any ideas guys?

    Hi there, since this is my first time with betas and since all the iOS14 betas were not that bad, after the release of iOS14 I stayed in the beta and downloaded 14.2 b1. The problem I face now is that the top of my screen became very unresponsive (like a bad resistive touchscreen). I have read that if You remove the beta Profile and they release a regular update I should be able to install that. Now can I go from 14.2 b1 to 14.0.1 which was released yesterday? Thank You

    Has anyone noticed the front camera microphone recording is broke?

    Hi all,

    I was recording a video on my front camera yesterday with my iPhone placed stationary and I did not move closer/further away from the iPhone and when I played the video back I noticed a DRASTIC changing in volume randomly throughout the video. One second my voice is quiet and the next it's crazy loud, like someone changing the 'gain' knob up and down.

    From what I can tell, it seems to be the native iOS camera app is changing microphone from front to bottom when recording video repeatedly and bugging out.

    Is this just my iPhone or does it happen to others too? It's incredibly frustrating and makes recording videos with audio impossible.

    By when can we expect major apps like messaging apps, Spotify and stock apps like mail, music and others to start rolling out widgets?

    It looks like a lot of indie devs have released the much needed widgets to ios14 whereas a lot of other daily use apps like Reddit, discord, Pinterest, Spotify, outlook, google apps etc are still nowhere close to releasing it.

    Things I hope to see like ASAP : Mail app other than spark to release widgets. Primarily outlook and stock mail app.

    Music app : Apple Music player should rethink their widget. Idk why that damn recently played widget exists. And hopefully, Spotify can do better.

    Reddit, Pinterest, Instagram could have a feed widget or something.

    [iPadOS 14.2 beta 1] Screen flashing

    So I have noticed in both the Apple TV app and the Netflix app while watching a show the screen will flash black for a split second roughly every minute. I have filed a bug report but has anyone else noticed this?

    I've also noticed that if I pause Netflix the screen goes black after 60 seconds until I tap the screen. I have checked the display settings and it is set to never

    This is weird. I’m not even on the beta anymore, I’m on the GM and significant locations isn’t working. It won’t let me enable hand-washing reminders on my new watch after updating to WatchOS 7.0.1. I’m not sure if this issue was present earlier because it seemed to work earlier today for me.

    [Bug] FaceID suddenly stopped working. iOS 14 to iOS 14.2

    It stopped working this afternoon. No matter how I set my camera, it keeps telling me to position the camera lower or higher, even when my face in in the frame.

    I'm not sure if it's a broken sensor or not, but the camera seems to be working just fine.

    How to get out of beta updates....

    So this being my first true iPhone experience I hopped on the 14 beta, I had done plenty of android betas, wanted the experience here as well especially with widgets being implemented.

    Anywho....how do I opted out of the beta and switch to the stable normal ol ios14?
