    My mother in law wanted to update her iphone because her apple watch wasn't syncing correctly or tracking her activity right but she didnt know her passcode due to using face id all the time causing her to get locked out. We know there is a way to reset it somehow by using apple id and her email but when we put her email it says it doesn't exist. We went to our mobile carrier and they couldn't do anything so we ran out of options besides still trying to guess the code. Is there any other way to try to reset or fix it. Right now it's either finding a solution to fix the phone or we might just have to buy her that newer iphone thats like $399. Any help will be much appreciated and go a long way.

    ipod touch 4th gen

    Found my old ipod touch, charged it and turns on while connected but asks to be connected to itunes. I have a Dell laptop, downloaded itunes but my computer won't recognize the ipod. Also, the home button is jammed. Is there anything that I can do to get to the lock screen? I'm not locked out because of failed log in attempts (yet), just want to be able to get to the home screen. Anyone know what I can do?

    Other is taking up more than half of my iPad storage (16GB out of 32GB) Is there any way I can fix this? I’ve tried clearing caches from safari and such but that removes less than 1 GB of storage.

    Weird Glitch with ICloud Backups and Pages

    My dad uses "Pages" to write, and he had 470 pages worth of work on there, but when we were transferring data to his new phone, everything from Pages was gone except for a few small documents (everything mentioned afterwards is done on his original phone). So, we erased all the content to get back on the "setup IPhone" tabs, and we chose to "restore it from iCloud Backup" since he enabled iCloud Backup for Pages awhile back. We chose a backup from 5 days ago because he checked his Pages yesterday, and the information was still there. After the backup was restored, nothing changed in pages. Will it come later, or is there a problem with iCloud Backups?

    hello,

    I recently had a bad fall and cracked the screen of my phone beyond being usable so I ordered a replacement of amazon and swapped. the screen turns, works, and looks great, the camera and earpiece work fine but the home button won't click and the touch id doesn't work. other than the screen everything is from the original (ear speaker, camera, and home button).

    when i would go to the touch id and passcodes, the add fingerprint option isn't available/greyed out.

    my phone is an iPhone 7 plus on ios 13.7

    Massive MacBook Pro lag issue

    Hey guys I have a:

    15 inch 2016 MacBook Pro

    2.7 ghz quad core i7. 16gb Ram

    Graphics: radeon pro 455 2gb and intel 530, 1536 mb

    Catalina 10.15.6

    I've been having some major issues the past year that I would love some help with pls.

    Firstly, whenever I run multiple software/apps simultaneously, the entire laptop shows down and starts to glitch out. It's like a strange lag which comes and goes. It's not always there but every hour once or twice it will slow down my entire laptop for a minute or so. If I have a couple of different apps running, I can't watch YouTube in the background on any browser.

    As soon as I open any browser and try to watch some YouTube, within a couple of minutes I see that it's hogging all my memory. When i go to my utilities it's showing that the browser helper is using large amounts of my CPU capacity.

    There were like 30 browser helpers showing. I tried to force quit them but they kept opening again or not closing. So i closed all my tabs and shut down my browser. That deleted them but upon reopening the browser i see the renderer has come back and is again using a large % of CPU.

    I searched online and found a lot of people on mac were having the same issue. I can't seem to find any solution at all at the moment and this has been going on for over a year easily. I had my previous MacBook for 7 years and never faced an issue like this. On that old laptop I could watch anything while running multiple apps and having hundreds of tabs open in my browser simultaneously.

    Also what's the deal with flash and MacBook's? I keep getting issues with my flash and I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I heard many browsers are eliminating flash at the end of this year? Is flash necessary on a MacBook to run smoothly? Anyway, any help would be much appreciated pls guys. Thanks so much.

    The software required for this iPod is not installed correctly. Please repair iPod support using the apps and features page of the windows settings app, error message appearing whenever I plug my iPod in.

    My iPod has been working fine with my computer right up until this Sunday when I plugged it in to do a quick restore and reload of my podcasts and stuff. When I plugged it in on Sunday, I got the error message in the post's title. I've been poking around my computer's settings to see what I can do with it. Whenever I go into the settings and onto the apps tab to find iPod Support, the Modify button is greyed out so I can't interact with it at all.

    So what do I do? Do I just uninstall iPod Support and reinstall it or is there something else I can do?

    Locked out of water-affected Macbook pro. Can't reset password with apple ID.

    I spilled some water on the top-right of my MacBook Pro keyboard. Took it to a service centre, and it was found not to have damaged the logic board. Some keyboard keys, including the power button, no longer work. To boot it, I need to disconnect and reconnect the battery. I use an external keyboard to type, and it seems to work pretty much normally other than that.

    However, since the damage, I cannot unlock the computer. I know this password extremely well and there is no way I am typing it wrong. I've tried to reset the password using my apple ID, and that process works, but the new password doesn't.

    One theory I had was that the fried keyboard was sending unintentional inputs when enter the password, and thus I'm not actually entering the correct password. However, I can successfully log in with my Apple ID password through the password recovery menu, so that theory seems unlikely.

    Does this make sense to anyone? The computer seems basically OK other than a few keys not working on the keyboard. I really want to get in to same some files in case the water damage progresses. (Target disk mode won't load for me, either -- is this related? I don't have experience booting in target disk mode, so I'm just assuming I'm doing something wrong). Any help appreciated.

    TLDR: Since spilling water on MacBook pro keyboad, I cannot unlock the computer with my password. Everything else seems pretty OK.

    I restored my phone to factory settings and then restored my content from my computer backup. Everything is there except for my photos, which are in iCloud.

    How do I get the images from iCloud back onto my iPhone?

    Hello guys! I currently use an iPhone 6s as my daily driver, and it works pretty good considering its age - except for the battery. On normal usage (a bit of Instagram, taking a few photos, messaging, and constantly force closing apps in the background) - it literally lasts for ONE hour. Not longer. Its barely usable for me and keeping a power bank at all times is really annoying, so I started searching for a replacement battery on Amazon/ebay.

    Unfortunately iFixit and Amazon are not shipping to my country, but ebay is. However I've heard that ebay batteries aren't exactly that reliable. So there's my main question: will this battery I chose from ebay hold its charge well and won't need a replacement for a year? Is it safe? Even a year is fine because by that time i'll upgrade my phone. Or do y'all have another website to recommend?

    I tried to take the battery that has higher ratings than the others, but still wanted to confirm. Also does it include adhesive strips?

    Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions, will greatly appreciate it because I can't live with such trash battery life honestly.

    My iPad Pro is not Charging

    So I should make clear that I have battery problems for this iPad but clearly don't money to fix it or replace the thing as suggested by the apple help center employee. Now its been fine for days not. I keep a sharp eye on the battery. Once it hits hundered. I unplug so to not wear out the battery but lately its loosing battery while plugged in. First I though most likly it would be a voltage problem so I had a voltmeter record digital data over 3 days. straight and it was around 1500-1700 watts, completly normal for a house wattage. And since the ipad uses at best 10 to 15W I tough it was the charger. So I used it on my other apple deviced. Worked fine and then I did more testing with chargers but still I kept running into the battery issue. Today it shut off I plugged it in at 20% and it kept losing battery till it dies. Now it shows the red battery bar but won't charge. Do you think this iPad is done??!?!
