- You can remove specific contact from the share sheet contact’s suggestion in iOS 14 by 3D touching on the contact and then Suggest Less
- Twitter widget appeared in introducing iOS 14
- couldn't wait for iOS 14, so downloaded the beta and spent a good hour organising the phone
- Apple
- Would you like it if iOS allowed to place apps directly at the bottom of the Home Screen ? (Like Android does)
- I don't know if anybody has noticed it. While installing/updating an app on ios, if you espy the rounded edges, you can see imperfection (white patches).
- Best health apps
- AssistiveTouch for switching on/off ANC for AirPods Pro
- TiL: You can run multiple stacks on sale screen. Making it possible to run a lot of widgets on single screen.
- Apple should work on the Contact app

Posted: 31 Aug 2020 08:15 AM PDT Love it So after 12 years of being an android user. A power user I must say. I'm more than happy that I switched to iOS and Apple device. Everything is so well made. Little details such as animations and transitions makes it even more perfect. I must say that people who worked to develop and make the phone are amazing. So much work was put into this. Some things about the ui. I love the ui it's simple yet has everything that I need. No unnecessary options, no lagginess, everything was made just on point . Messaging, no matter which app, sms, messenger, WhatsApp , viber, Instagram, everything is so fluid and it makes you want to type even more, the keyboard is amazing, never missed a letter, compared to google keyboard, Samsung,. Little vibrations that follows your every touch are just amazing. Quality of sound is really good. Overall the phone designed so well that it just blows top quality android devices away. Of course it depends on every person but for me this decision to switch over was just amazing. Thank you Apple [link] [comments]
Posted: 31 Aug 2020 01:29 AM PDT Just curious to see what iOS users think about it. In my opinion, given modern phone's length that keeps increasing, having to reach the upper part of your display is getting uncomfortable and unnecessary. Being able to place your apps directly at the bottom would be a huge step forward in terms of reachability and good user experience. I mean, I think it would just make sense! Anyways, curious to see what do you guys think! [link] [comments]

Posted: 31 Aug 2020 04:57 AM PDT I am trying to find good health apps (e.g. heart rate, callories, weight, stress...). Which do you think I should install? I would like to get free apps or apps with a one time payment so no subscription (month/year). [link] [comments]
AssistiveTouch for switching on/off ANC for AirPods Pro Posted: 31 Aug 2020 04:46 AM PDT Title says it all, having the option for that would be awesome imo, it will save going into control center, press and holding the volume slider and selecting the ANC and after that you've to dismiss all those opened windows again. Since the AssistiveTouch button is always on screen it can be just one click (depends on how you assign it) What do u think? [link] [comments]

Apple should work on the Contact app Posted: 30 Aug 2020 08:20 AM PDT I really find that the contact app is completely outdated. They should work on implementing some kind of relation between people. Like set a contact that is defined as your mother by example, and another as your father. Then saying « tell my parents that .... » to Siri would work flawlessly. Do the same for group of friends, people you know because of your work, ... Also people can share a phone number if they live together. We should be able to set phone numbers that work for two people (or more) And then aesthetically. Keep a way to find contact by typing the way we currently do. But add a view like the Apple Watch with different bubbles of people orbiting around you. They would move towards the center if they are the people you talk a lot to at the moment and go outward if not. A bit like what they've done for iMessages groups but more generally. Posted: 30 Aug 2020 07:05 PM PDT This is kind of silly, but years ago someone made an iPhone wallpaper that showed the basic swipe controls of the iPhone X. I haven't been able to find it, but wanted to send it to a new user that just lost their home button after an upgrade. [link] [comments]

Looking for a good music app for listening to my own mp3s Posted: 30 Aug 2020 09:07 AM PDT Anybody have a favorite app for syncing their own music files to their iPhone that isn't iTunes or Spotify? I typically use Spotify for this but the sync function isn't reliable. iTunes is too bloated. I just need a good app for syncing my own files to my phone for mobile listening. No streaming service wanted. Recommendations for Mac based apps appreciated! [link] [comments] |
