Fortnite CEO criticizes Apple App Store's policies Posted: 27 Jul 2020 07:27 AM PDT Apple is in the news, once again. This time, it's for a controversial debate regarding its store policies. Tim Sweeney, CEO of Fortnite developer Epic Games, criticizes Apple for having strict policies. On Apple he said, "They are preventing entire categories of businesses and applications from being developed in their ecosystem by virtue of excluding competitors. If every developer could accept their payments and avoid the 30% tax by Apple and Google, we could pass the savings along to all our consumers and players would get a better deal on items." While Fortnite has some major plans like adding further movie crossovers and starting with concerts, it is also infuriating why Fortnite Mobile couldn't get a regular appearance in Apple Store. Looking for old iOS survival game. Posted: 27 Jul 2020 01:44 AM PDT I'm trying to find an iOS game that I used to play. It was very simple, black background white text colors. It's almost like a text adventure but you have an inventory, no graphics or anything nice looking. You need to collect wood from a timer every few seconds and save resources to build up a village. Over time you attract more villagers and you can hire them for different tasks like hunting, trading, exploration, etc. and those things need food and metal and things that need to be collected. The only game that I currently have that fits that criteria is artifact quest 2.
