| Posted: 14 Jan 2021 03:25 PM PST Can this be true or my mind is lying to me,i had X then sold it and got 11 and now i had to sell 11 cause i needed money for something and i got X and some money. and i cant belive im loving X more than 11 somehow after owning both. Like im not much of camera guy battery is only worse,but rest desing size no besels at all premium feel without case and overall look and build quality,i truly belive X was so much more expensive to build than 11. im shocked that i love it more...... | Clarification about Face ID not working after update Posted: 14 Jan 2021 05:48 AM PST Hi, saw some arguments on our local facebook group about a for sale iPhone Xs with an issue of loosing its Face ID capability after a software update? Some commented that its impossible that the software update caused the FACE ID to not work speculating that the hardware is replaced or the screen is replaced which caused it. Some said maybe its the same with the TOUCH ID not working also after an update. My question is does software update may cause/loose the FACE ID? Software update may cause FACE ID not working? | Posted: 14 Jan 2021 08:05 AM PST So I believe my iPhone got some kind of bug. It won't load until it dies or get restarted sometimes. It's not a constant problem it only happened this last 2 days. The only thing the have in common is the time of the day and that my battery was around 10% when I tried to charge it. I don't really know the reason for this, it's super weird... | A small problem with my phone number on here Posted: 13 Jan 2021 08:20 PM PST So I transferred my iPhone 7 onto here without any help from the carrier we use which is Verizon. My phone number I was using on my old phone didn't transfer over, which may make sense since this phone used to be my mom's. Should I call Verizon or is there another way changing it? Upon receiving the item, I thoroughly checked if the parts are original and 3utools verifies that. However, yesterday was the first time I experienced an unexpected shutdown. I was in a video call with someone with my battery percentage at around 20-25%. As of today, it has occurred twice in a similar situation. Can someone tell me if this is a defective battery and if I should ask for a replacement? [link] [comments]  |
