    Airpod's case suddenly no longer charging, worked perfectly fine up until this morning

    I've had my airpods for about 7 months, and they worked perfectly fine up until today. I woke up this morning to my case and earbuds dead. When I tried to charge them in the case, the case wouldn't charge. The light on the case no longer lights up no matter what I do. The case was accidentally washed and dried once, but that was 4 months ago, and they worked perfectly fine after. Ive tried different outlets, cables, and bricks to charge but nothing works. Should I just buy a replacement case?

    SSD not showing up when installing OSx high Sierra

    A couple of days ago my MacBook pro stared showing a file with a ?

    I tried the internet recovery but every time I try reinstalling OSX my SSD doesn't show up

    But when I boot up the laptop and hold options it shows up

    Is there any way to fix this

    [iPhone] Is there a way to disable the lock screen when at a certain location or connected to a certain network or bluetooth device?

    I've got a pretty cool new stereo that I just installed in my car. It auto-pairs with the phone, and has a built-in cradle to hold my iPhone X; it basically becomes a CarPlay system without all the overhead. The only problem is that sometimes my phone goes to sleep (if I'm not in the app for whatever reason) and has to be woken up; it's in landscape mode, so the FaceID doesn't work, so I have to tap in my code while the phone is sideways, which is very not-good while driving.

    Is there a way that I can get the phone to recognize that when it's connected to the stereo to disable the lock screen altogether? Or am I asking too much here? I thought there might be a tweak for this in home kit, but I haven't really played with it much.

    What's this green horizontal line on my iPhone 7 Plus

    I occasionally see one when I force restart my iPhone at the second the screen goes black. This is the only situation this happens. I'm inclined to think it's software given the situation circumstances required to cause it and how it only appears in that instance.

    Mac stopped recognizing NTFS drives

    So I installed fuse and ntfs 3g following this article on medium. And before all this, I could only read and not write on my NTFS drives. After installing, my hard drives are not detected. I have done every troubleshooting thing up to reinstalling Catalina but nothing seems to have worked. I just need help to know whether Indid something really stupid while installing FUSE?

    I have already uninstalled it and my NTFS drives are still undetected. Mac formatted drives work and show up. Also hae reset the SMC and NVRAM to no avail. What did I do?

    Connect old Airport Extreme to current (non-apple) wifi network to act as printer server?

    I have an old 5th generation Airport Extreme that I am no longer using for anything. I now use an Amplifi HD as my wireless router. Is there any way to have my old airport connect to my current network wirelessly to act solely as a printer server via it's built in USB port. I want to hide my printer away in my laundry room and am trying to avoid spending money on a wireless printer.

    hi! I recently logged into an iCloud account for an old device that is at another family members house, so I don't have psychical access. It says something along the lines of If a device is not using iOS 8 it will not sync or it will not show the data. Under the devices, it says no devices at all are using the iCloud account.

    the only data saved is the contacts that were previously saved on my parents device that had the same iCloud account. It has been many years since this parent has even had an Apple device, so I am kind of confused why the contacts show up, but no photos or anything like that show up. I remember doing backups with my device. if you delete things like messages and photos, even after you have backed them up in iCloud, can you delete them just within a device. Like going through your photo album and will that delete it from everywhere? would a device still show up even if it wasn't updated to iOS 8. I haven't used the device in almost 5 years and I'm not sure of when my family member stopped using it, but I believe it still works.

    how to have someone stop sharing their location without them knowing

    I don't care if the person has my location or knows where I am but I don't want to know where they are. I dont want to just ask them to unshare their location with me because it'll start problems. Is there a way where no one finds out?

    HELP: Copying Files to Hard Drive Creates Extra Files

    I am copying files from my MacBook Pro onto an external hard drive. I noticed that my original folder on my Mac had only 2,314 items, but when copied to my external hard drive the folder now has 2,319 items. This is the story for all the folders I've copied into my external drive.

    Where did the extra files come from?

    Is there a way from stopping the system from creating extra files? Thanks

    2019 MBP sound issues (AirPods, earphones plugged in)

    Been having some problems with my sound on my MacBook Pro. Sometimes, my AirPods give a very distorted voice like a transformer to the person on the other end. It only happens when I use my MacBook Pro and FaceTime someone else. Not sure if it happens on other voice apps but for sure FaceTime.

    Additionally, when I switch from bluetooth to wired headphones, it can take up to a minute to recognize the change, and the top taskbar doesn't respond, nor does YouTube or anything that is trying to play sound during that time.

    I also noticed that whenever I plug in my wired headphones, I have to switch the default audio from the MacBook speakers to my external headphones. I hate this because it takes a while since it can lag at times as mentioned above.

    What's the deal? I had tried to download a sound mixer to try and fix it but it didn't really work.

    Iphone 11 Screen Damage, how much will this be at the apple store to fix? I have apple care, but is it international? Bought phone in Canada and need it fixed in the netherlands. Thank you. The screen still functions but when I lock the phone and reopen, the lines slowly appear and get worse

    I have a 2019 iMac. I subscribe to app music. I want to create a playlist on my iMac. I can't for the list of me figure it out. I made a playlist, but when I click the "..." next to the song there is no option to add the song to the playlist (or any playlist). I feel really stupid right now. please help.

    iPhone 6S (iOS 13.5.1) unable to connect to GPS

    Is anyone else experiencing GPS issues?

    I have an iPhone 6S and lately Waze and Maps can't connect to GPS even on clear days... sometimes if I keep turning Airplane Mode or cellular on and off it will eventually work, but not always. Tried installing the latest updates but no luck.

    Apple Maps no longer narrating

    Hi fellow redditors,

    I recently moved to a new part of the US, so I am very unfamiliar with the area. Recently, whenever I input in address to Apple Maps I have no trouble actually getting the directions.... just the narration (such as "keep left to exit in 2 miles"). While the narration doesn't actually vocalize, it still does lower my music volume or pause podcasts. I have already tried restarting my phone, updating to newest iOS, and changing map settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
