My iPhone X is coming up on 3 years old. How are your X’s holding up? Battery life?

Hey guys, I'm new to the group. I bought my iPhone X on launch in 2017. Unbelievably, that was nearly 3 years ago. My iPhone is holding up well and I use it a lot! And I mean a lot! And I have for its entire life. Physically it's as perfect as new. My battery health's lifespan was 86% until recently. Unfortunately though, in the last 3 months my battery's life span has tumbled 6% to 80%. I wasn't as educated on battery care until recently. Since I've been saying home for the last 2 months I left it plugged in for much of the time. I believe this is what caused my rapid battery deterioration. I hope my phone's battery will last long enough to be traded in for the iPhone 12 in the fall. Is this just to be expected at 2.5 years old?

How are your X's holding up over the years?

How to stop Itunes defaulting after every call

    Posted: 19 May 2020 01:57 PM PDT

I have a question about my connected Bluetooth devices (ie Uconnect and headphones)

I am looking for a solution to why my audio source changes back from what I am streaming thru Safari or other apps back to Itunes Library after receiving a phone call.

I had no issues on the older IOS on my Iphone6 but recently upgraded to an XS (13.3.1)

    Thanks!

Why is the damn battery not degrading ?

    Posted: 19 May 2020 09:32 AM PDT

At 84% deleted/disabled apps/features insanely, which I don't use. I'm trying to degrade below 75 or 50% to replace my brand new battery with 3071mah. It's been around 4 months. I've changed my charge routine from below 5% to 100% and some time recharge to 100% from dead state. Light use is giving me 2 days normal use is giving me 1 and heavy use for 5 hours. Recently played COD Mobile continuously for 5 hours from 92% to 12% got me at BR legendary lol. Now I'm feeling like I'll end up buying or upgrading the phone rather replacing the damn battery.
