| Posted: 03 Apr 2020 07:37 PM PDT I am having issues with my Apple iPhone XS Max 64 GB silver with resolving and knowing if my Apple ID , icloud (2 TB) , Gmail accounts are compromised and/or not synced. I had to use an Apple ID for two former employees which I neglected to reset upon returning. One employer issued me and iPhone and an iPad and after 90 days I was given a performance review and let go. They asked for their phone and laptop which had iTunes installed by the IT. Needless to say, I had to still wrap my mind around why I was just let go like that but a week before I noticed my personal phone acting up and the sim pin locked my phone. Here is where it gets tricky. I went to sprint and all they really did was give me a new SIM card. Now after my employment ended my employer/IT guy must've forgot they issued me an iPad which I didn't have on my person the day I was let go (it was at my home). I did call HR to let them know "Hey I still have a company iPad I'd like to return". All the meanwhile I had went to Apple, Sprint and even bought a personal PC to try and resolve the issue and I wasn't getting solutions. Apple said go to sprint and get a proof of purchase, sprint said that I had to go to my original store but what they printed off wasn't proof of purchase, it was just a doc file typed up. That wasn't suffice for the Apple store so I had to try and log in to my sprint account from a MacBook at the Apple store, and couldn't recall the password and they asked for my credentials through the online chat but were acting really suspicious and word was mentioned that I don't have a sprint account that my number is boost mobile or something. I did go to another Sprint store and asked to see my account on the screen and it showed a couple additional accounts- one was 5176926792@sprintpcs which I found odd because upon searching that number on my phone it was my realtor's number who helped me sell my home when I was going through a financial crisis and couldn't make payments after 120 days unless paid in full. Now I know I am going off topic but what can I do to ensure my phone is not have a root kit or spyware/ransomware from either my icloud, Gmails, and outlook/exchange from work. I feel that my identity is compromised and have been not been able to resolve this in 3 months. I lost access to my facebook which I had for 15 years. Apple store had me create a new Apple ID which I didn't understand why because it only makes things more confusing. My finances, privacy, career resume could all be in jeopardy and I unfortunately don't have a Laptop or P.C. Note: I established family sharing under my gmail account for an Apple ID, the OWNER is my second gmail sgeahan at g mail dot com uses only 14 GB, my main Apple ID geahanse at Gmail uses 171 (did have 216 the other day but I logged out to try and reset my password for my Apple ID I made a while back which may have caused this) but for itunes, purchases and Apple Music is under my geahanse at Gmail dot com. My default email server SMTP is sgeahan at icloud dot com (is this how it should be?) which I believe was used as the default iCloud /iCloud email from my previous employer because the email I was assigned so happened to be my first letter of my first name then last name so the prefix/domain might conflict? I am part of the family I made a while back using sgeahan at gmail, but only a Adult/Moderator so I cant add the "seanmgeahan" at icloud or gmail that the Apple store had me create. I tried logging out of my device into sgeahan to add family member or change the privelages set up for my current Apple ID (my first Apple ID ever) but it didn't allow me.. but also by now there are so many emails and passwords from sprint and Apple having me reset with 2FA, etc that I cant remember them all, some I wrote on paper others I kept on my device with hopes that its encrypted (some of which I have in my notes app (with a lock) but I want to know all my personal identity is secure and any/all Apple ID's there are tied to my name. Can I consolidate my Apple ID's or download the data from them onto a computer and recover on the iCloud storage of 2 TB that I only have 175 GB used, I did have over 400 GB at one point which is why I went to the next and highest tier of 2 TB. Now I only need 250 again which tells me there's data missing. Perhaps from work phone(s) but I just want to know am I being cyber stalked? Gaslighted? Phishing? Spoof or bounce emails? Has a root kit been installed on my device that made it unlocked or jail broken? When I try to sign into my Microsoft sgeahan outlook or geahanse at hotmail (use to be at live ) it shows something about using Github credentials which I don't know how or why that is there but it appears my end user authentication is different. I have asked my IT guy to erase my data but he said he can't he has a bunch of iPhones he was busy and mentioned that they have it for 10 years? I signed into my google on chrome and I believe they made my Google + account (the failed social media app) into google suite, google +, google admin, and google admin enterprise, using my personal email! I logged in using my password and it was google suite but for Netherlands' (my IT guy is from Germany, and also the only temp where I was working on a large multibillion dollar infrastructure project but when I noticed my federal taxes were being held exempt (although I never wished for this, because exempt in my offer letter said I am an exempt employee meaning I won't get paid overtime for over 40 hours but will get a biweekly salary paycheck, I emailed my Hr Hiring manager, called her (she's in NYC) never got a response, asked my project HR rep who is employed by one of the other 3 companies on this joint venture P3 project which involves two countries.. VERY COMPLEX. I have what I believe are registry scripts and an Aggregated file(?) in my files folder but I am weary about apps and what is on my iCloud that could be causing this because also third party apps I don't know if I can trust and could jeopardize my data, however they still show up in my iCloud settings on my iPhone. So I have multiple contact cards and my named device keeps changing.. also saved in my files in iCloud and on my phone. Is there relation to the phone number (+1-XXX-XXX-XXXX) , (1(+)-XXX-XXX-XXXX) and just (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and the emails used in my contact card, I'll attach a photo but some say Home, Work, Mobile, Main, iPhone, Other, etc for my phone number and for my emails they show up as Home, Work, iCloud, School, other and then seen just email. What happens if I make them home? Or iCloud? It's basically multiple Id's which in contacts I linked to my account which I hope didn't make it even more screwed. I don't need family sharing if I can get ONE Apple ID which are all the same but I need to know what sgeahan at icloud is my primary SMTP server..should and how could I cuanheb that maybe? I know you can change your Apple ID. Problem is I have only one apple device. PLEASE HELP I BEG YOU ALL, this has caused extreme distress and perhaps I have been abused, so anyone with advice please advice. This will be posted on other forums for secondary opinions. A private investigator, lawyer and fudiciary/accountant will be assisting me further so I will get to the bottom of this and if any of it violates my rights, privacy, identity and malicious behavior those responsible will be held accountable with the evidence that makes me believe this is the case which is stored on my personal hardware devices, and paid for clouds. anyone willing to give the correct guidance that assures me how to do this without having to take this into legal arbitration will be compensated but with COVID , funds are limited PLEASE help :( [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 03 Apr 2020 11:46 PM PDT It all started yesterday when I was trying to connect to my AirPods, they got connected then suddenly disconnected a few seconds later & thats when bluetooth started showing unavailable & the bluetooth toggle switch also disappeared. So far I've tried rebooting it, tried resetting the network settings, tried updating it to iOS 13.4 (from iOS 13.2.3) & also tried backing it up then restoring it back to the same latest backup but none of that has worked. | Posted: 03 Apr 2020 07:30 AM PDT I was using my iPhone X iOS 13.3.1 when randomly, it just shut off completely. The phone was charging while this happened. The phone did not get any hot or anything, it just completely shut off to a black screen. Not even an apple logo appears. I tried plugging it into an outlet or my macbook, using multiple cords and it does not turn on. I tried using the side button tricks to put the phone into DFU. Doesn't work. I tried plugging it into my macbook, but iTunes does not detect the phone at all so I can't do anything. I tried letting it charge for more than a day. Still does not turn on at all. | Software update caused rebooting problem (iphone SE) Posted: 03 Apr 2020 09:55 AM PDT My phone automatically updated overnight. It was on when I woke up, but I thought I would restart it because things were not loading properly. ( I had text messages, but no notifications, emails wouldn't load etc) My storage was almost full so that may have cause this chaos. I attempted to soft reset. I get stuck with the Apple logo and it never boots. Holding down just the power button does not turn the phone off. I tried to plug into my computer, but my itunes was out of date. I gave it permission to update--- this was a mistake. In order to log into my icloud I need a verification code that is being sent to my unable to boot phone. I don't have any other Apple devices to send the code to. I'm guessing my options are pretty limited... and may veer more towards it being a hardware issue (aka replace the phone? or magically get into icloud on my pc to try to re-download the software update) Ideas are appreciated, Thank you! | A recent incoming call didn’t show up in my call history and I’m not sure why Posted: 03 Apr 2020 10:16 AM PDT I received a call while on a mobile online game (that was lagging) and denied the call because I didn't recognize the number (and I didn't know if accepting the call before I closed out the game would freeze), but when I checked my call history there was no recent incoming calls as of today on that history. Not only was the game lagging but my phone rung before the incoming call information showed up (this might have to do with the fact I was online as well but I'm not sure). I have the 7 and I've had problems with my phone for awhile now and am looking into an upgrade either way. Especially as of now my phone has been lagging, mostly when I use things online. I was just wondering is this a telemarketer thing where it doesn't show in your call history or could my phone be a factor in why this call isn't in my history?
