    Model: iphone XR (currently IOS 13.3.1)

    I have had my iphone about 5 months and after two months of perfect camera use, it started displaying black on both sides and my flashlight no longer worked. I reset it and it worked again short term but eventually stopped working again. There are cracks on the back near the camera and if moisture entered I understand. The only thing I am skeptic about is my face ID has never stopped working. I have tried everything (permissions, DFE reset, closing the app) I dont know if it is software or an internal issue.

    Rattle noise when tapping top right screen ? (XR & 11)

    I was curious if any of yall noticed the same thing. Not a tap like you would usually do to open an app but a hard tap in the top right corner produces a little rattle. Thinking it might be the camera.

    Any of you have this on your XR or 11 ? ?

    Blurry white dot on screen

    Hey all, recently I've noticed a small, blurry white dot near the bottom of the screen on my iPhone XR. I think it's hardware related because taking a screenshot did not show the dot. The dot isn't visible at all on darker apps (I keep my phone and apps in dark mode) but on apps without dark mode (like Google maps), it sticks out. I tried taking a picture of the dot to attach here, but it doesn't show up well on pictures. Has anyone had any experience with this? Any help would be appreciated!

    I need help unrevoking apps

    I usually use the method where i turn on airplane mode then select clear website and history data but when i do the button instantly goes back to blue. Why is this happening?

    Help with getting rid of events on my callender

    I recently was on a website which led me to a link that said "click to subscribe" and i accidentally hit subscribe instead of cancel and now i can't get rid of it. Please someone help.

    Question about deleting iMessages

    I sent a rather lengthy video to someone on accident, and while the video was still sending (the blue loading bar at the top of the screen was a little over half way full), I deleted the message. Will the person still receive it?

    I've seen a lot of mixed answers on this. I've heard that if you turn your phone on airplane mode first and then delete the message before it sends, it will never send. I skipped the airplane mode step and simply deleted the message before the blue bar finished loading. Am I good?

    I had a non-certified LCD screen put on my 8 Plus

    Hoping anyone can help me. Recently I shattered screen and needed to have it replaced, went to my local iPhone repair place and had it replaced for $140. Ouch. Upon getting my phone back, I immediately realize the screen is noticeably glossy when asleep and I can see my reflection perfectly. When you open the device, the screen looks faded or washed. White is not white, is an off-white. Snapchat is a light yellow. I have tried everything to fix this including messing with the display settings. Nothing works to where I am satisfied. Am I screwed because I have a non-certified screen? Or should I go back to the company and see if they can help me out?

    iPhone 8 Plus getting cellular error :((

    was running 13.3.1 then updated to 13.4.1

    Hi my phone wont connect to cellular suddenly.. it said "error please perform update" in the cellular tab in settings. I then updated via computer from 13.3.1 to 13.4.1..... and the iPhone booted and it still wont connect to cellular. I tried taking out the sim card, and put it back in.. wouldnt help

    I havent dropped my phone or anything malicious.. can someone pls help

    iPhone 7 locked to 3G network, doesn't recognize 4G or LTE

    Could it be a SIM card issue? For as long as I could remember, my cellular data has been on a 3G network and I can't seem to figure out how to make it connect to a 4G/LTE network. My service plan allows for it.

    Some people cant be part of a group facetime but can be facetimed seperate.

    All of them i can facetime individually. Some of them I cant add to a group nor can i facetime them from the facetime app.

    Last hope.... Photo recovery from iphone 8plus stuck in recovery mode

    Hi All,

    so yesterday my fiances phone went in to a bootloop and so i tried a number of things to get it to work, including going into recovery mode and trying to 'Update' it.

    the update failed and now it is stuck in recovery mode.

    icloud storage was full so hadn't made a back up of her latest photos and for some reason her google photos hadn't backed them up either.

    Does anyone know how I can access the photos whilst in recovery mode? I have tried to kick it out of recovery mode but that didnt work either...

    any help would be appreciated

    My emails stopped working today, 8 plus ios 13.3.1

    Hey everyone, so I emailed myself some pictures for class yesterday and this morning I was going to email some things to a company and I received a error message saying that the connection to the out going server failed etc. I tried both my yahoo and gmail and got the same message and I tried different types of emails and sending it to myself or someone else and they all failed. What should I do?

    keyboard glitch?

    when I'm typing every 4-5 econds or so my keyboard glitches. I've restarted my phone but it still won't stop. any advice? It's getting really annoying :(((

    Instagram doesn't let me submit a ticket

    I think the instagram account has been hacked and I'm not able to access the email address I signed up with. When I google search how to report this problem heres what comes up.

    1. On the login screen, tap Forgot password?.
    2. Tap Need more help? below the Next button and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • Be sure to enter a secure email address that only you can access. Once you've submitted your request, be on the lookout for an email from Instagram with next steps

    Thing is when I do this and press forgot password after entering my username, and then I click "need more help" instead of letting me submit a ticket or showing any onscreen instructions it brings me back to the website that told me to do these steps in the first place. its a popup screen called "account assistance"

    I cant figure this out so if anyone has had this issue before, please help!

    Iphone photos wont open on macbook photos...

    Im moving photos from my phone to my mac in the photos app. Im having a hard time understand why I cant open them on my desktop. I am able to view them on Mac Photos but cant open them to edit or set as background. They are being uploaded as "HEIC" files and require an additional app or program to open. Its frustrating that I am using two apple products for my photos and cant even open them. Can anyone help me out?

    iPhone XR Won't turn on after ios 13.4.1 update

    Last night I updated my iPhone XR to ios 13.4.1 but after updating, my phone over heated and now it won't turn on. I've tried to reset it, even called apple support.

    The screen stays black no matter what I do. Whether it's hold buttons, attempt to enter recovery mode, or plug my iphone into my computer or wall charger, the screen doesn't change.

    Wondering if anyone has a tip or trick to share, I'd love not to have to spend $500+ on a new phone today.

    My reminders does not syncing with my Mac and iPhone

    iPhone XR reboot when battery is lower than 30%

    Hello,

    I have a big issue with my iPhone XR having iOS 13.4.1.

    When my device has battery about at 30% or lower reboots constantly itself, mostly when used. After reboot the battery percentage is at 0% and I have to physically detach and reattach the battery to fix the issue. I already tried to change battery and to restore firmware.

    The guarantee has obviously expired because it has been opened.

    Can anyone help me please?

    Also now, being in quarantine, I cannot go to a service center to carry out the repair.

    I’ve forgotten my iPad passcode and i can’t turn off airplane mode

    I have forgotten the passcode for my iPad and the iPad is one airplane mode. My iPhone and iPad are linked through find my iPhone app & the apple account. Would someone be able to tell me how to unlock it, step by step?
