| iPhone SE won’t charge or update Posted: 27 Feb 2020 12:04 AM PST I have an iPhone SE that's about 4 years old. Recently I've had trouble getting it to charge. I can get it to charge when I unplug and replug in the charger multiple times, and even then sometimes that doesn't work. Usually turning it off and back on again works, but sometimes it stops charging after a few minutes. I've tried using different cords and different outlets. I've even tried blowing on the charging port, and that worked once or twice. My iPhone is not currently updated, and I think that might be the problem. However, I can't get it to update. I'm stuck at iOS 12.3.1. According to the internet, my iPhone should be compatible, but whenever I try to update an error occurs. Ive made sure that I have plenty of space for the update to occur. Posted: 26 Feb 2020 05:23 PM PST So i was reading webtoons on my phone and after i finished the chapter i saw a message that said don't let them see your face at the bottom of the screen. I was pretty freaked out and i didn't think of taking a screen shot in time so i could show as evidence. I've tried signing out of my Apple ID for App Store and iTunes to turn it off, but as soon as I log back into my Apple ID, as limit tracking turns on again and I can't turn it off. Is there anyway I can have the option to turn that setting off while still logged into my Apple ID? I have an XS Max running IOS 13.3.1. [link] [comments]  |
| Phone 7 hardware Damage from watching live video Posted: 26 Feb 2020 05:10 PM PST I don't even know wtf really happened. I tried to watch this npr live video and when trying to watch the beginning of the live video it lagged and reset but froze safari. I exited out of the app and decided to try audible. I use a dongle and it wasn't recognizing that it was plugged in. Figured it was faulty. Tried to make a call. Goes through but can't hear anything nor can they hear me also can't put it on speaker. Three shutdowns,1 restart, and 1 reset settings later no luck. Can't FaceTime (immediate fail when call is accepted), can't make proper calls, can't what's app, can't messenger (managed once but after settings reset I can't anymore). Can't voice memo, nor video record with sound. Any suggestions or did NPR destroy my phone? [link] [comments]  |
