[Bug] Notification bubbles have some spacing issues in this beta, they are practically overlaying each other.

[BUG] “The subscriber you are trying to reach is not in service”.

5 people have called me today and all of them have said that when they dial my number it gives them the "The subscriber you are trying to reach is not in service." What is crazy is that my phone still rings and I am able to answer the call! Has anyone else been dealing with this on 13.4 beta 1? Running an iPhone 11 Pro Max on T-mobile.
