| Why aren’t more console games ported onto iOS? Posted: 08 Jan 2020 06:02 PM PST Given that iPads and iPhones are ridiculously powerful nowadays, what prevents preexisting games to be ported onto iOS? If there are more games, especially with multiplayer aspects as well as marketing controllers more, iOS could become a platform unto itself. Bioshock got removed and didn't get updated for whatever the issue was. We're still stuck with GTA SA. If games can be ported to the Switch, why not iOS which tends to have more powerful hardware and upgrades yearly as well. The Switch got Witcher 3. Also when dedicated mobile versions of games are made they're dumbed down and/or have worse graphics. PUBG is a separate mobile game with worse graphics.
