    Girlfriend has an iPhone that her company lets her use. For some reason her contacts disappeared. They're not allowed to back up to iTunes or the iCloud so we figured they were gone. Somehow they showed back up. Then it happened again but the second time it didn't show back up. I tried signing into iCloud and nothing happened. Then I signed out and her contacts showed back up.

    Any idea what's going on? She is still missing a few contacts, but has 95% back. I'm stumped.

    1 year old iPhone6s won't hold/take a charge properly

    I have an iPhone6s that came straight from Apple last year as a fully new replacement for one that they bricked while replacing the battery.

    It worked fine until a few weeks back when it started going from 100% battery to 10% in a few minutes.

    Last night, it did it again, went from 100 to 10 and then wouldn't run at all unless on a charger.

    I know it's not under Apple Care, but it's a NEW replacement and the one it replaced was older and didn't have any problems.

    The only reason I got the replacement battery on the old one was that I thought it would be better.

    I was wrong.

    Will Apple fix this without charge or do I have to pay for their new replacement to be fixed?

    Just today, it was on the charger (macbook pro) all day, and was at 30% when I turned it on. It was green and charging, but only at 30% after being on all day.

    iPhone 11 touch screen delayed/unresponsive and won’t power down

    My wife's iPhone 11 randomly won't let you click on an app or it's delayed. When you try to force shut it down it does nothing, then after trying a few times it will power down/go black all by itself. It will come back up after a minute or two then you can shut it down like normal. But it will go back to being spotty of the responsiveness of the touch screen. iPhone is up to date.

    App refresh?

    I was wondering if anyone knows if I can dtop my iphone from refreshing the app / deleting whatever I was doing every time I switch apps. Where I work I constantly have to be switching between apps to find information and give to guests and sometimes almost randomly when I switch back to a app it deletes everything that was being typed. I already tried turning background app refresh on and off but that doesnt do anything.

    Iphone 11 pro stock camera trimming videos problem?

    Hey is anyone else experiencing trimming videos on their iphone with ios 13.2 (17B84)? Mine gets pixelated everytime and it has reduced resolution after trimming justa few seconds off the video. I've contacted apple support multiple times but they've told me it's the first time they've heard of this issue. It also adds a weird black thing on the overexposed part of the vid in one frame i think.

    Anyone else having problems with LTE?

    I have an iPhone XR and sometimes when I go out and try to use my data the LTE keeps turning on and off even though I have full service.

    Swiftkey on IOS

    how do i access swftkey advance settings under the new IOS?

    im a first time ios user, and i dont see lots of options that are in the android app. usually swiftkey has general options and advanced options. i cant find the advanced. are they hidden somewhere?

    My camera won’t work (7plud iOS 13.2)

    Since the last update my phone has been glitching. It wouldn't charge and would over heat. I did a hard reset twice and everything was fine except my back camera is just a black screen. It does it on other apps to like Snapchat. On Snapchat I can't even flip the camera around so obviously something is wrong. I forced closed the app, turned off my phone, and I also reset my settings. I can't use my flashlight either. Any suggestions?

    Recover pictures from iphone without password

    Does anyone know how to recover pics from a phone where you don't know the password? My friend said that her password "stopped working"(I think that someone had to have changed it without her knowing) and she locked herself out and ppl at Apple store didn't help.

    All she wants is to recover the photos so that she can restore the phone without losing stuff.

    Camera making weird stripes

    Hi. My iphone Xr started making weird yellow/blue stripes across photos and I dont know what happened to it. I also noticed, that it is making those stripes only when i shake my phone and then take the picture. If anyone had this problem before, please help. Thanks

    White Screen

    Hello Everyone!

    So a couple hours ago my phone was dropped into the toilet for a few seconds and now has a white screen, I can tell that it still functions as I can hear the buttons clicks and all that, but the screen is completely white. What should i do? Thank you!

    Not enough space available to record video or download app, but iPhone storage says 11 GB of 16 GB Used, and the bottom section that should show usage by app was loading, after a few minutes it crashed

    I used to have an issue with this phone where it had absolutely no space, 0 MB free, after deleting all the apps. Had to factory reset. Never known what caused it.

    So like title says

    I tried to record video. I get the not enough space error.

    I went to settings general usage. the blurb says i have used 11.2 GB of 16... but when i wait for it to load all the app information underneath, it crashes

    iPhone XS Max

    Hi all!

    I'm currently in the Dominican Republic with my partner and we were at the beach yesterday and his phone potentially touched some water (but no more than mine does if I'm in the bath) and now it's completely not working. It's been on charge all night, and I see no red tab in the LCI (sim card holder). Does anyone have any tips on what we can do? We're not going home til Monday and have a lot of lovely photos on there :(
