After using it at first, it worked and then gradually it stops charging the phone. The reason is because you have to push down on the case to make the port go in. Otherwise it's too loose and won't charge even when your phone is in the case. I went to the Apple Store and when I talked about this issue, the guy told me a lot of people have come back for that. I had to replace my smart battery case TWO times in less than 6 months. [link] [comments]  |
