    Every few days I have to go through my watch and clean out all the random multifactor SMS messages, status messages from my devops team, etc. This is a pain in the ass, and I wish Apple would hurry up and implement iCloud sync for messages on the watch.

    I accidentally hit the sos slider instead of turn off on my S4. The police called me back on my iPhone almost immediately and said someone had dialled 999 from my number. I apologised and explained. The were very good about it.

    Apple Watch Series 5 Added Screen Protector And Having Touchscreen Sensitivity Issues

    Is it safe to roll with no screen protector? What does your screen look like after some time without a screen protector? I'm aware that disabling "Wrist Detection", can fix this problem but I do not want to do that.

    Apple Watch screen replacement

    I have an Apple Watch series three and the screen got cracked. The screen doesn't work at all. I used to be able to use it to tell time but after a while of not using it, it became unpaired to my phone. But lemme get to the chase. The screen doesn't work so I need to get it replaced, I have Apple care and I want to know how it works as far repairing the watch.

    Sync music to apple watch not totally working

    Hi, S5 here. I have music that shows up on my iphone, but when I go to add it to my watch, it doesn't some up as an option, so only about half of my music is showing up as possible to sync over to my watch, from my phone (Iphone 11 Pro) Any thoughts on why that is? It's not music I bought thru Itunes, I downloaded most of it from Youtube if that matters. In fact, I bought like three songs from Itunes I think, lol. Thanks for any help.

    How long do out of warranty Apple Watch replacements take?

    I took my S1 to the Apple Store because the screen was popping off (battery expansion) around 2 weeks ago and the replacement isn't available yet.

    Nobody at Apple support knows the status of the replacement either.

    Has anyone else experienced this? How long did it take for your replacement?

    Help- activity from watch not updating on activity app on iphone8

    Anyone else have this issue? Every few days my watch stops syncing with my phone, I put both on airplane mode, try rebooting both, etc and eventually it syncs back up. But super annoying and happening more frequently- anyone else?

    Is it possible to use true wireless earbuds with no AAC along with the AW5?

    I'm considering buying a pair of Libratone track air+ (a pair of true wireless earbuds but with no AAC support) will these work with my AW5 GPS with music downloaded to the watch?

    For instance I want to go for a run without my phone and listen to music.

    This article talks about the iPhone just switching to the standard SBC format due to no support of AAC, but will the watch do the same with offline music?

    Apple Watch S4 receives text messages and emails, but changes aren't synced...

    I have a curious case of an Apple Watch Series 4 not syncing messages and mail correctly.

    Whenever I have new, incoming text messages or email, they are always received and notified by the Apple Watch without a problem, typically within a second or two of my other devices (iPhone XS, MacBook Pro).

    However, any changes that are made on the server using my other devices (i.e. I delete/move a message to another folder, delete a text) are not updated on the Apple Watch, which has left its mailboxes out of sorts.

    Even though, for instance, I refresh the Mail app until it says 'Updated just now', it's still not up to date. Same with Messages.

    I can send messages on either service, no problem.

    Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Express Service Replacement: fedex has lost my returned watch.

    I received a replacement watch, delivered by fedex. I returned my original in the box provided by Apple, via fedex. It made it through multiple stops and then got hung up at a sort facility and never moved again. Fedex has their "search and rescue team" looking for it. Meanwhile, Apple has a hold on my credit card. They say after the 29th I'll be charged the full amount if they haven't received the watch.

    Has anyone had this happen? Any luck getting it found? Can apple see if the watch gets turned on or paired?

    What does the white jogging symbol at the top of my watch mean? It’s not like the regular green one (active workout). Restarted my watch and it’s still there, also checked to make sure no apps were open on it running in the background. Using watchOS 6.0.1 on Apple Watch 4.

    Voice massages failed to deliver

    I recently got my new series 5 (first smart watch) and I noticed that very often when I try to send a voice message from it, the little blue bar on top will go until almost the end and then it will stop there and then after some minutes it will fail. Usually if I retry to send it, it will fail again. What is happening here?

    Help choosing a watch material for durability - alum/stainless/titanium

    Hi all,

    I'm going to purchase an apple watch soon (first one!) and I need some assistance on the material either the aluminium/stainless/titanium

    I primarily work in an office environment but I'm a bit of a klutz and tend to catch my current watch on doors and tables, sometimes metal poles sometimes face first into a table/corner. Now my breitling navimeter tanks it like a champ and has no scratches on the face and few on the stainless steel strap after nearly 7 years of service.

    I'm deeply worried about the durability of the apple watch after seeing the display models in Munich store the majority are scratched and heavily scuffed especially the titanium variants which had surprisingly deep gouges in (genuinely the worst I've ever seen a titanium watch have).

    My query is twofold 1) which is going to be the most durable? (Is titanium actually durable or is it better to say a €100 and get stainless for comparable durability) 2) which is going to show scratches the least (was thinking either black titanium or stainless maybe)

    Please help me reddit, I'd intended to get one today but seeing them in such terrible conditions it has genuinely made me doubt the wisdom of getting one if I know it can't take a beating, despite being deep in the apple ecosystem

    Siri face is so close to being incredible

    Got an S5 at launch. I heard a lot about how the Siri face was a disappointment, but surprisingly, it's the face I keep going back to most.

    I really like that I can see a ton of info without needing to set up complications like reminders or calendar that might have nothing to show but still take up a slot. It really feels like what you'd imagine a smartwatch to be in a way that a lot of the other faces just... don't. Like, it's really amazing to show up to a movie theater and my watch has already pulled up my ticket, so I just tap it and let the attendant scan my watch. That's really cool. Even still, I'm surprised it's not even better:

    • Missed notifications: I would love if the Siri face would display important notifications I missed, like a text message or a phone call. It'd be awesome to just glance at my watch and see "oh I missed a call, let me just tap on the card to call them back." Maybe even just suggest I text somebody I haven't talked to in a while.
    • Music: It only suggests two cards: a Four Tet single I added a month ago or my radio station. What about the playlists actually stored on the Watch? Or the personalized ones that update every week?
    • Podcasts: It never suggests anything. When I grab the Watch from the charger in the morning and it's added my morning podcasts, why not suggest them? A quick link to The Daily would be cool.
    • Activity/Workouts: Notifications aren't as necessary if you can passively display suggestions like "you're a little behind," "you're doing great," "go for a brisk 7-minute walk," etc. I do really like that if I start moving a lot, a card pops up that says "start a workout." But it could be even better. Suggest I do some yoga when I wake up or do some strength training in the evening when I get home.
    • Home: It used to show me my "good night" scene every evening. I liked it and used it. Now it barely shows it to me. I don't get it.
    • Third-party apps: So frustrating that Apple decided to be so draconian here. I cannot for the life of me get third-party apps—even ones that built in Siri face support—to pop up cards. Doesn't matter how much I use the apps; they never appear. Super frustrating and discourages me from using some third-party apps because I know they won't show while Apple's apps will.

    I fundamentally don't understand why Apple chooses to go these ridiculously inefficient ways to learn my behavior, habits and preferences. Just ask. Save a history of my cards in the Watch app then let me rate them just like News and Music, or choose cards and apps I like and the times I like them to appear. You don't need to 24/7 monitor my usage to learn what's useful for me.

    Even in its current state, it still might be my favorite face. But that's also why it's so frustrating that Apple hasn't spent more time improving it and really investing in it. It should be a defining feature of the Watch and now they barely talk about it. I hope they push it forward soon.

    I’ve lost 20% battery in 2 hours of normal use, no workout. Is this to be expected?

    New iOS- how to add exercise to Apple Watch? It’s unable to do it the same way

    I rock climb and don't wear my watch while I do it and I usually go back and add my exercise minutes in after. With this new iOS update I can't find how to add in "workouts" after through the Heath app - any one else find a solve?

    Apple Watch S4 is failing to pair with 11 Pro Max, and Apple just puts this down as a known issue and have to wait for a software update to fix this
