    Hi,

    I have the latest version of Catalina on my iMac and have succesfully migrated all my TV and Movies into the new TV app. I also have an Apple TV 4, running the latest tvos13.

    I have changed all the artwork in the TV app to 16:9 format, to rid myself of the horible vertical filling lines on each side of the rectangle. Unfortunately for my OCD tendancies the Computers app for viewing my Library on the Apple TV still shows Square artwork boxes, which cuts off a portion of the artwork on each side.

    I can't believe that Apple would allow their two latest OS's for companion devices to handle artwork so differently. So am I doing something wrong? Or is this an oversight?

    Any assistance gratefully received.

    Spotify log in issue

    Anybody still having trouble with the Spotify app? It seems every time I try open the app it asks me for an activation code to sign in. I read somewhere last week an update was coming.

    Infuse & AirPlay2

    Plex user on the Apple TV here.

    What's Airplay2 like on Infuse? Specifically looking to use my speakers through Airplay2. It works on the default Plex player but isn't reliable.

    Anyone with experience in it?

    Connecting an iPhone App to my Apple TV

    I just downloaded the CW app and it asked if I wanted to grant permission to airplay and I clicked no by accident, and I can't figure out how to grant permission now. Thanks for any help.

    Unable to sign in to ESPN app

    Having a problem I've never had before. I got logged out of my TV provider in the ESPN app. When I go to settings and get the code from ESPN to enter at ESPN.com/activate the screen never clears. I successfully log in to my YouTube TV account on my phone and get the message that my Apple TV is activated. But the screen with the code never clears out. If I close, it still says I need to sign in with my TV provider.

    YouTube TV is set as my TV Provider in Apple TV settings. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my Apple TV. No luck.

    Any suggestions?

    EDIT: This problem appears to persist on all TV apps, not just ESPN. I've tried NBC, FX, ABC, and HGTV. The activation screen lingers on all of them.

    How does the profiles work on Apple TV?

    I imagined that with different profiles it would be just like profiles on for example a computer. Everything you do on a profile would be only on that profile. For example my home screen layout, my logins to apps etc.

    Am I correct that the profiles simply just change the Apple-ID that is in use?

    I was about to create a profile for myself on the Apple TV at my parents' house so that I could use my own Netflix account there without logging out of theirs etc., but it doesn't seem to work like I imagined...

    Real bummer if that's all there is to this feature.

    Looking for information on creating a Channel on Apple TV

    I want to create a Channel that shows up on the Apple TV app (in iOS and TVOS), similar to Hulu. I want to be able to publish my content, and when someone searches for one of my shows, they are directed to sign up for an account on my service, or just render my content in the app.

    I'm having the hardest time trying to find information about this on developer.apple.com. I did find a company that wants to do the work for me, but I have my own in-house developers.

    Got a Belkin HDMI and still have static noise. help

    I have been experiencing static noise (like white static dots) when switching apps, shows, etc. Read that this is a problem with HDMI cable, so I bought a Belkin Ultra HD High Speed HDMI Cable 6 ft and still have the problem several times per day. I have a TCL 65" series 6, appletv4k, set to 4k SDR with match frame and dynamic range on. What cable do you recommend or other solutions for me?

    My HBO channel in the TV app isn’t working.

    I straight up don't have the ability to play HBO shows from the TV app right now even though I have the channel through Apple TV. It's only offering me streaming on other options, like Hulu's channel, HBO GO/NOW, and Prime's channel. Anyone else having this issue?
