| Posted: 22 Sep 2019 06:34 AM PDT So far Apple Arcade has been great and I've only tried like 5 games. Playing borderlands 3 atm so I wanted to stay away from the bigger games until I took a break from that so I decided to try some of the more "casual" ones. (Casual as in pick up and play without a heavy storyline) Came across pinball wizard and ha! What a fun game. It's like pinball and a roguelike had a baby and I'm loving it. If anyone really enjoyed those games that came out a few years ago on ios that combined the pullback/slingshot mechanics with rpg skills (hyper heroes, barbaric, etc.) or if you're a sucker for dying and coming back stronger each time, I definitely recommend it. | A tip for everyone playing Sayonara Wild Hearts. Posted: 22 Sep 2019 05:21 AM PDT You can skip the intro videos to the levels. If you tap the upper right corner it opens up a pause menu. And there is the option to skip the intro sequence. Especially helpful when trying to get gold in the very first level. I have an iPad pro and with the support of Dualshock 4 I am concerned now that I cannot invert the Y- axis. | Issue with Apple Arcade games perpetually downloading. Posted: 21 Sep 2019 09:23 PM PDT I quickly opted out of Apple Music because after I painstakingly downloaded and created lengthy playlists for vacation, the songs all disappeared. When I went to listen, I had t redownload everything. This happened multiple times on my trip as well and my data for the month was decimated. Fast forward a few months and I sign up for Apple Arcade. I quickly download 8 games, and maybe 2-3 more since. For whatever reason, three of the games won't sit still and they keep "fading" out and redownloading themselves. What's the deal? Is there a setting somewhere that needs adjusted?
