- How do i use my icloud backup
- How do I restore a backup of my iPhone 8 Plus too me XS when my 8 plus is on 12.3.2 and my XS is on 12.3.1.
- iPhone sync erased my phone data!
- iOS 13 beta i can‘t download apps from apple
- iPhone 6 Plus in a bootloop on 12.3.1. Occassionally gets to the lock screen, but typing in the PIN causes it to restart.
- iMessage said i was texting myself while i was texting someone else
- Restoring an iPhone backup from an older iPhone model (6S) to a recent model (XR) that isn't brand new
- Please help.

| Posted: 06 Jul 2019 09:05 PM PDT Long story short, I backed up my iphone xs to icloud via the settings menu in the phone. the phone got wiped & i want to use that backup but my itunes on my pc only shows itunes backups not icloud. [link] [comments]  |

Posted: 06 Jul 2019 06:29 PM PDT I connected my iPhone XR to my dell computer and iTunes with the intent to back it up and download all of my text messages that I will need to use for court. The last time I did this was a few days shy of a year, but I had the iPhone 6S Plus last summer. I clicked "backup" on the screen and came back an hour later to find my phone prompting me as if it was a brand new phone and then opened with the screen of my phone and texts from my phone from last summer. Is there any way to get all of my photos and text messages back?? There's some apps that supposedly do it but I don't want to spend $50 for something I'm not confident is legit! | iOS 13 beta i can‘t download apps from apple Posted: 06 Jul 2019 04:31 PM PDT Hello, I got a iphone xr and running the ios 13 beta nr.3 so my problem now is i can't download apps from apple. Only from apple. So i can still download any other apps but not these like weather or reminders etc. I still got these apps on my homescreen and they show a little i cloud symbol next to which means that the app is ready to download if i understand that so far. Now if i want to download these apps they just dont run the download they don't even have this loading circle. This is very frustrating i dont know if this is a ios beta bug or something but i think its not because all other apps still download but only not these from apple. I already reset the phone but it didnt help and i tried maybe 20 methods which should actually help but it didnt. I hope someone had this problem and got the solution because it's pissing me of. | Posted: 06 Jul 2019 01:36 PM PDT I've had this iPhone 6 Plus since day one. I've been running it on iOS 9.3.3 till about 2 months ago. Eventually enough apps that I use on a daily basis could no longer be upgraded so I took the leap to 12.3.1. Everything was fine, restored my backup and managed to update all my apps. Went on vacation for the last month and got back a week ago. Everything has been working fine. It's a little slow and sluggish with some of the newer apps but bearable. Today I went to drop my mum off at the airport and all of a sudden it went off while I was at the airport. I managed to restart it and got through via the PIN and even made some calls/used some apps etc. It went off again and now it's in this bootloop with the logo. Occasionally it will get to the lock screen and the minute I type in my PIN, the circle with the last number stays lit and then the phone freezes and restarts. I can never actually get past the lock screen. Sometimes it stays on the lock screen and notifications even come through. I've already done the hard reset and that just keeps it in the bootloop. Occasionally i'll try the hard reset and then it will boot up to the lock screen but this just seems to be random and I can't figure what makes it go to the lock screen instead of the bootloop. My main issue is that I have photos of my recent vacation that I would like to get off of the device. If I can do that then I'm happy to do a restore - which I presume will fix the problem? Is there way to grab the photos in recovery/DFU mode? I did have the battery changed 2 years ago but when I checked the battery status in iOS 12 (which isn't something iOS 9 allowed) it showed like 89% or something in terms of battery efficiency so I presumed the battery is still in good standing. All the pictures and messages they've sent me were still there but it said i was messaging myself instead of the person. I fixed it but i was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. | Video turns black when trying to screen record Posted: 06 Jul 2019 08:14 AM PDT Hi, Before, I used to be able to open a video, press screen record, then play the video while screen record is active. This would result in a saved video file of the video I wanted to record. Specifically, I'd open my Xbox app, find a clip I wanted to save, screen record on, play clip, and I'd have the Xbox clip saved to my phone. All of a sudden and out of nowhere, I can't do that anymore. The video I try to play immediately turns to black when I try to screen record. The video will play fine, but the second screen record turns on, the vide continues to play but with an all black screen. Couldn't find this specific issue in the search.
