    Limneos, while certainly a skilled developer, has been scamming people for his own financial gain for months now - as far as my opinion goes. Let me explain.

    unc0ver came out on the 22nd of February 2019, so almost half a year ago. With this first public iOS 12 jailbreak, people started noticing his tweak "NFCWriter X" no longer fully worked, mainly that the license wouldn't be properly accepted, despite his earlier tweet from February 18th that it was fully compatible with iOS 12. Limneos promised a fully free-of-charge update on the 2nd of March to support iOS 12, releasing "NFCWriter XS" shortly after on the 7th of March. While the app basically worked then, users of iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus and iPhone SE (and apparently iPhone 7?) were no longer able to read any NFC tags after the update. This bug has been confirmed and promised to be fixed by Limneos shortly after on the 11th of March. Since then, nothing. Except support for A12 devices and Chimera, because that would earn him money, even though these also appear to have some compatibility issues afaik.

    The sad part: his own repo is still, to this day, listing NFCWriter XS to be compatible with iOS 12 on all devices from iPhone 6S and up. He knows it doesn't work, but he won't reply to ANY tweets or mails regarding this issue any longer, and he doesn't change the description on his own (!) repo to exclude iPhone 6S and other affected devices. As such, he has been scamming people into buying this tweak by stating false compatibility info.

    Just take this post as a warning not to support him. He will not fix known bugs, he will not refund, his promises are worth nothing and his own repo contains false information that lures you into paying for a product you can't use.

    [Discussion] A possible caution about the i spoofer Pokemon go release

    I gave it a try and had a little look at it and it seems to be communicating with their site - fine - but also seems to be communicating with 1.door71.cn - this is a Chinese domain. What is hosted on this server? Not a clue, haven't looked any further, and there's no information listed about it online. So it could be nothing or it could be a red flag, just something to watch out for when installing and running applications with injected code.

    [QUESTION] iphone 7 plus fully bricked :(

    I've been using Chimera since it was released, previous to that unc0ver, since it was released.

    Today i was on snapchat typing a message, when my phone fully shutdown, this has happened before but usually it just reboots unjailbroken, however, this time, the phone has become fully unresponsive.

    I have tried to put it into recovery mode and DFU mode, with no success. Tried connecting a different battery, tried leaving it to charge for a few hours, but nothing has worked and my iphone remains fully unresponsive with a black screen, which looks to be fully off.

    Wondering if any of you geniuses could lend a hand, would be greatly appreciated.

    ok so basically i got in a car crash yesterday night and after a full day of been on the phone to all the companies i had a ton of messages with stuff i needed to do, anyway ive just been out for a meal and my phone started acting up, making a buzzing sound..... turned it off and back on and all my messages have gone, settings says the messages storage usage is 200+mb

    [Question] How to change the heart pop up on instagram through filza?

    I found this post on the sub and the top comment details how someone would do this, however the post is 4 years old and I guess in that time instagram must have changed the file name and location as ive spent the last hour looking through files on my phone trying to find the damn heart pop up png.

    [Discussion] Any tips for getting a longer uptime with unc0ver on iOS 12?

    Been trying to be able to get a higher uptime for a while now, but my iPhone X running 12.1.1 can never run for more than 6 days without freezing or forcing me to reboot on unc0ver v3.2.1.

    What's your device's uptime, and how did you achieve that?
