[Discussion] Safari performance on 12.3 beta 4?

So as quite a few of us found out, 12.3 beta 3 was a mess for browsers with Chrome tending to freeze up entirely and Safari refusing to load pages.

I installed beta 4 yesterday and didn't really get to test it much until now but it does seem like the Safari issues are actually fixed. I didn't use Safari previously but if this is how Safari is supposed to be, I'll probably stick with it instead of going back to Chrome.

How is it performing for everyone else? I can count on one hand the number of times I had used Safari intentionally since getting my 8 Plus back in 2017 and my XS Max last year or even all the way back to my iPad Air around 2014-2015 but I don't see myself going back to Chrome now.

[BUG] iPad Pro keeps loosing cellular plan.

Hi..

Does anyone else still have issues with their iPad loosing the cellular data plan?

I have the 11" iPad Pro, and from time to time, it will suddenly say it doesn't have a cellular plan set up.

It doesn't say NO SIM, but just that I have no data plan and asks if I want to set up some US cellular plans. (I live in Denmark, Europe)

The solution is pretty simple. Either reboot the iPad or simply pop out the SIM-tray and insert it again. Still annoying though.

[Bug] Abnormal mobile data performance

So since 12.3b2 I've had an ongoing issue where every 20 minutes or so my cellular download speed on LTE drops from around 30mbps to 0.02mbps while upload remains normal at around 25mbps. However this only occurs in apps (speed tested in SpeedTest app).

I have to force the device off the network and back on again to get data in apps to work. I'm confident it's not an issue with my network provider as I retain my speeds when using Safari.

Anybody else had a similar experience with any of the 12.3 betas?

[Question] Beta Profile mising in Profiles tab

In the updates appears to update to iOS 12.3 Developer Beta 4 but in profiles doesn't show the profile and when I try to reinstall it says that already exists

[BUG] Note seems completely broken

I want to copy a handwritten section of a note and paste it, but it refuses to paste. The idea is to have a mix of type and handwritten content, but it's not letting me. I can do this in OneNote no problem (just tested), but Notes is refusing. I already started the note in Notes so it's too late to use OneNote. How do I do this?

Pencil also doesn't want to write

Notes pastes things I didn't copy

It's a simple notes app, how do you get this wrong?
