TV App not updating progress when watching 24 Posted: 26 Jan 2019 11:34 PM PST Specifically when watching from Hulu. Seems to work when watching from Amazon Prime but then there is the issue where the Amazon app goes to blank screen when launched from the TV app. submitted by /u/ScrappyXII [link] [comments]

AppleTV (4th gen.) won’t turn on Posted: 26 Jan 2019 09:38 PM PST Over 2yrs old. It turned off out of nowhere when using it. I tired unplugging it for a few minutes and also a few hours but no luck with the LED coming back on. Tried pressing the menu+home button on the remote with no luck. Tried connecting the USB C connection to my laptop with the power cord plugged in, no luck. Also tried a different outlet. With a voltmeter I got 115VAC from the wire when plugged in. Seems like a power supply. Any suggestions on other things to try? If it's likely the power supply I've seen some DIY instructions but no videos (only converting to a 12V PS). eBay seems to be the only place to grab these but not sure on the quality from the sellers. Super Bowl 2019 Posted: 26 Jan 2019 06:35 AM PST I recently dumped the cableco, am using YTTV + Philo, and love it. My big screen streams from an AppleTV 4K and is hooked to a surround sound system. I'm fine with no surround via YTTV for most broadcast TV, but where I really miss it is football games. I have a crowd coming over again this year for the Super Bowl.
