    J. Morrison posted a Selfie on twitter saying it was taken on the Pixel 2 and he got a lot of comment saying it was the best camera out there... nothing like the pixel 2...

    Then on this video he admits everything to prove #beautygeate isn't a thing and fandroids are mostly subjective on their judgments.

    I want to to scream, hit things, curse, and punch that asshole in the shop but I can't...

    So I broke my iPhone 7 screen a few days ago and made the STUPID IDIOTIC decision to get it fixed in one of those phone repair stores that pop up everywhere, they charged me €99.... they put in a crap screen that does no justice to an iPhone and the touch sensor is protruding out (but still works). I can't even look at the phone, I'm so annoyed and disgusted.

    So I contacted a store authorised to do Apple repairs with genuine Apple parts. To change the screen is €175...... but that's IF it wasn't fixed by anyone else previously. Seeing as it was they now want to charge me €385 for a unit replacement.

    I'm so angry at my stupidity and at that polish asshole who did a crap repair job. I don't have the money to get it repaired again. I just thought it would be like looking at a screen from a 6 or even a 5, but nope, it's a crap screen with light leaks.

    So let that be a lesson to anyone who doesn't know.

    Many times I wake up before my alarm actually goes off. If I'm looking at my phone when it does go off, it does so around 20% volume (estimating). Just a thoughtful touch from iOS I find to be really nice.

    after shooting a 4k 60fps video on my xs, while playing, when i zoom in i notice the screen goes black with a loading wheel in the center. then goes to lock screen. anyone else experiencing this issue?

    I just plugged my iPhone 7 in and it started charging immediately, but then I realized it wasn’t plugged into the wall????

    I'm sitting here with the cord plugged into my phone and the other end is not connected to anything and my phone just went from 12 to 15% charged without being plugged into anything. Ummm... how?????

    8 Plus or X

    So I am ugrading from an iPhone 6, which I have been using for the past 3 years, and I am debating whether to get the 8 Plus or the X.

    Most people in this sub suggest the iPhone X, but I really like the battery life of the Plus and also the fact that the screen is wider. I do not care much about OLED, even though I have to admit it is beautiful, but battery life is more important to me. Face ID vs Touch ID is not that big of a deal to me, I can live with any of those.

    However, I know the bezel design is going to be obsolete in the next years, given the fact that I want to keep the phone for at least 3 years. I used to want the latest and greatest, but realised that I do not necessarily need it.

    My question is, am I going to see a noticeable difference going to an 8 Plus or should I go for the X? Am I going to get bored of the 8 too quickly?

    Also the X, I would get it used because of the price, while the 8 Plus I might get new.
