Civ 6 or stardew Valley or something else?

    Posted: 30 Oct 2018 04:07 AM PDT

Hey folks looking to get some thoughts.. I wouldn't call myself a massive gamer but I'm looking for something to take up some of my time as a distraction from life crap.

I like stratergyish kinda games, been playing a little bit of Subterfuge on and off and for a while was playing Hades' Star. I think I've narrowed it down to either Civ 6 (never played any Civ games but always been curious) or Stardew Valley but I can't decide.

On paper Stardew looks like nothing I'd be interested in (farm sim plus visually I'm not sure I dig it) but from reading people's views I'm curious....

What do you think? Or is there something else that's worth checking out? Unfortunately I'm pretty tight atm so can't splurge on too much.

I prefer the idea of games where I don't have to play for long periods at once, check in a few times a day..not sure if either fits that. Also, If it makes any difference I'm on an iPhone X.

    Help Remembering Name of Game

    Posted: 29 Oct 2018 10:54 AM PDT

A few years ago I played an MMO RTS game on my iPod touch. I want to revisit this game but can't for the love of me remember the name of it. It took place in a kind of badlands environment, had not bases for you to take, a great clan system. A couple of other things I remember are they were metal and plastic factories, you could send spies to other people's bases. A common saying for having your ass kicked was "being reset". You could upgrade parts of your base, and the main base screen was kind of on a small hill. I know this isn't much to go on but I'm hoping someone will know what game I'm taking about. I'd know it if I saw it. Thank for anyone who doesn't think I'm nuts lol

Looking for a game to play at work.

    Posted: 29 Oct 2018 01:05 PM PDT

Something like Tiny Tower or Clash of Clans that I can check in on every once in a while, play for a minute or two then come back in a while and still make progress. Offline preferred as I don't have WiFi access at work.

Brawl stars, tanks a lot, any others?

    Posted: 29 Oct 2018 01:58 PM PDT

I tried playing brawl stars and got so many issues doing a Canadian App Store account that I gave up. I found a recommendation for tanks a lot and I'm digging these quick PvP games. What would you call these type of games? Are there any others? I saw paladin strike come up but I don't know anything about that game, is it good?

Need help finding some similar games.

    Posted: 29 Oct 2018 09:37 AM PDT

Long time reader first time poster. Sorry if this has been asked before but not finding anything. My of bit the dust and no money for a new one atm. Been trying to find games I can play with my cousin like diablo 3, mass effect 3 the arena type thing. Something similar to borderlands or swtor. Some good mmos that are decent like wow esq or similar? I've gotten so many games now from this sub I've fallen in love with mobile gaming lol. Few games I've found for multiplayer require same WiFi or something which isn't possible cause he lives like an hour or so away from me lol. Thanks for any help and hope y'all are doing well!
