    Hello! I have seen similar issues in posts about the TVOS 12 beta (https://www.reddit.com/r/appletv/comments/8xqniw/tvos_12_beta_bug_audio_cuts_out_after_20_minutes/?st=JMY99ZCI&sh=b67b2ebe) but I have noticed audio cutouts while watching iTunes movies on my Apple TV 4K. Audio has been both dropping from 5.1 to stereo and cutting out completely, and I wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing issues on 12.0.1. At this point it's just hard to diagnose where the problem is stemming from (i.e. Apple TV, HDMI cable, optical cable, etc.). Thanks!

    Arrive Home automations not working with tvOS 12

    Anyone else experiencing this?

    I've been running iOS 12 for months, but as soon as I upgraded to tvOS 12 my Arrive Home automation (to unlock my Sense lock) stopped working reliably.

    The geofencing trigger still fires, but it now errors-out and tells me that the automation won't unlock the door.

    Anyone else in this camp?

    Apple TV 4 suddenly has extremely quiet volume with occasional static

    My ATV is plugged into my Visio Smart TV, audio outputting from the TV speakers.

    Typically, whether it be Netflix, Hulu, iTunes movie rentals, or any other apps, sound is normal between level 20-30 on my TV (TV remote and Apple TV remote both control the same TV volume).

    Well, something happened tonight. No settings were changed, but now, watching a rented movie, volume needs to be at 85-90 to even hear the dialogue. I went back into Netflix and Hulu, same audio issue. Volume needs to be almost maxed to hear anything, and with the volume being so high, I'm also getting random static distortions too.

    I've restarted the ATV, disconnected and reconnected the HDMI, even went into settings and forced audio to Stereo, but nothing. Any ideas?

    When are we getting a Prime Photos App?

    This is infuriating. I understand Apple is a competitor to Amazon, but we got prime video. It's inconvenient that I have no real way of displaying my photos on the big screen, and air-playing doesn't work.

    Vudu not playing 4k HDR, eventhough content says it is.... what am i doing wrong?

    I downloaded the Vudu app per recommendation of a friend, and i have settings set to UHD. I tried playing Escape (arnold + stallone), and the movies says it's supposed to be 4K HDR, but try as I may, it's not playing HDR or DV....

    what am I doing wrong here? or is it a bug? perhaps because it's a "free movie" from VUDU they are not streaming it on 4k HDR?

    Anyone here have any inside info about the charter app coming to apple tv “by the end of the year”? Surely they have been doing beta testing. To employees I suppose.

    Issue with the Match Frame Rate option for Apple TV4K for live streaming only. Are you having this issue since IOS 11 till last IOS 12 Beta.

    Im not sure if anyone else has noticed and this took some time to figure it out as majority of diagnosing I thought it was the network but it was not it was the Match Frame Rate option when I turned it on it effected Live stream apps like Dazn,Tsn,Sportsnet,UFC,NHL. So what happens while Live streaming apps Ive noticed theres a picture distortion its like almost watching youtube trying to catch up to the downloading and it drops the resolution looks a little pixelated. This would happen while live streaming its weird at times it does not do it right away it could happen a hour in and then u start to see it would come in and out every so often sinve I have turned it off its never come back . This has been going on since ios 11 till the last ios 12 beta I have never turned it on since then. So just wanted to give the warning. Cause this was a major pain thinking it was network related. I have 300mbps Down and 30mbps up and I was like no way this should be an issue even with a top of the line router and pinged upto 330mbps through the router.

    Multiple Apple IDs?

    My wife has a subscription for Apple Music tied to her ID, but our AppleTV is primarily setup with my own Apple ID. Is it possible to have her ID active for Apple Music only and keep my ID active for everything else?

    At the moment I only see the option to toggle between which ID is active in settings, but it seems whichever ID is selected is "all or nothing"

    Audio static from center channel (dialogue)

    Most of the time, dialogue is clear and sounds great, but I randomly experience static being mixed in with dialogue using the ATV 4K. I've experienced this in Netflix and iTunes shows.

    I have a Yamaha RX-V681 receiver and a Pioneer SP-C22 speaker as my center channel.

    Anyone else ever experience this?
