I don't know why but recently I've had issues where I'll be using my phone and randomly it will go black. But then it comes back like a second or two later right where I left off. I don't know what's causing this but it's annoying. Anyone else experience this and if so has anyone figured out how to solve it?

Believe it or not, the iPhone X has the exact same issue. The whole damn point of them doing it is to CUT COST. https://youtu.be/qlD5odw30Jk?t=1h37m2s

I did this video on June 6, 2018 and was aware of this issue and was certain of it in January.

The overheating is absolutely extreme. They started the behaviour of putting in cheap PMUs for all devices (iPhone iPad Mac) starting in Nov 2017. So my MBP 2014 that got its board replaced thru extended warranty and its battery has dropped in capacity a lot and overheats a lot more than the board before.

Problem with taking screenshots

It started couple of days ago. Every time I take a screenshot there isn't any "flash" nor the preview of the screenshot (on the bottom left corner). Therefore every time I want to take a screenshot I need to enter my photos to make sure I actually took it cause like I said I don't have the flash thingy that indicates that I took one. How do I fix this?

And it works totally and completely fine. Went through an entire cycle with the clothes and there it was at the bottom. My lucky day!!

I have an iPhone 6 that hasn't even got enough storage to update, keeps crashing and resetting my apps and I'm lucky if I can take a photo.

I want to get the iPhone X tomorrow but with the new one coming in September is it worth waiting for or will the difference between the 2 be small?

I don't have any scratches even on my past 4 phones, let alone drops. I realise the AC is 2 years, but is there any other aspect/benefit I don't know about?

Cool quick multitasking tip

In iOS 11, most know you can hold down on an app while in multitasking view to enable swipe up for restart.

However, if you want to leave this "delete-mode", you can swipe down on your home slider (same gesture as reachability).

[Question] Is my phone to warm or is it normal?

I asked before but never really received a specific answer, some said it wasnt normal and others said it was.

Basically I am using my iPhone X in a 72-74 degree room and my phone temp can reach anywhere between 86-90 degrees Fahrenheit. I use a thermometer to get this temp. I can hit this temp using Facebook or even using safari. My iPhone 7 does the same, have already done a fresh restore.

My phone was close to dying the other night and after 2% the screen stopped working. The phone was on and working but the screen wouldn't turn on. I reset it, plugged it in and went to bed thinking it was fixed. I checked my phone in the middle of the night and the screen wouldn't work again. I restarted it a couple more times and every time I locked it, the screen would stop working. Finally, I reset it, and turned the brightness up and the screen was back to normal. I just wanted to give anyone a heads up in case anyone runs into this problem. Reset your phone and TURN UP THE BRIGHTNESS or your screen will stay off. Idk if this only happens when your brightness is all the way down but that's what happened in my case.

This is really the main thing holding me back. iPhone X + AC it's like 1300$ on you every second of your life. Idk I am kinda afraid but maybe because I live in London.....
