| Does anyone notice the inconsistency of battery life on the X since the 11.4.1 update? Posted: 31 Jul 2018 08:30 AM PDT I know that the battery life fluctuations are definitely a noticeable problem with 11.4 ios, but has anyone noticed that some days your battery life lasts way longer than other days? I get that usage could come into play, but my usage tendencies are nearly identical day-by-day. For example: yesterday, I got up at 7am, and did some light browsing and some spotify music playing. By 3:30 pm, I was down to 10%. Today, I woke up at 7am, did heavier browsing, listened to a bit of spotify, dabbled in much more imessaging with pic/video sending, and I'm still at 85% (currently almost noon). Brightness levels were identical both days, and no Bluetooth left on and had it switched to either cellular or wifi (standalone). Idk why, but I get one or the other kind of battery life frequently, it's wildly inconsistent even while maintaining the same usage habits and phone settings. Anyone else? [link] [comments]  |

I don't recommend Gazelle though. It was a nightmare to get this, thus the discount. I was wondering if leaving your iPhone on the charger all night will damage the battery? Like I said, I've gotten a lot of mixed answers from googling the question so I thought I'd ask all of you and see what others do? | Posted: 31 Jul 2018 02:52 PM PDT I just got my TOZO case in and it has a huge scratch on the bottom. I'm wondering if anyone who has purchased this case can tell me if there is a protective layer on the inside. It seems like there might be, and there was a sticker to peel off at the top that usually pulls off the plastic layer, but it was just the sticker. I figured I'd post this sub because about a week ago someone linked the case in a thread here. I can't find it anymore because Reddit search sucks, but there's at least 1 person who has this case. I don't charge my phone excessively and try not to charge it overnight (although I just read the post about how this doesn't ruin the battery). Im not a heavy user and do not use my phone for games or editing or anything. I'm concerned because I only got this phone a couple weeks ago. I have recently noticed that when I download purchased movies that are specifically 4K HR or Dolby Vision onto my iPhone X, the movie does not play correctly. When I begin to play the movie, the load screen with the Movie's thumbnail poster is displayed, followed by about 10ish seconds of load time. When I am done with the movie, the summary screen for the movie shows the iCloud Download icon, not the Downloaded icon. Is there a lot more data downloading in the background to support the HDR/DV that I am not seeing? [link] [comments]  |

I noticed it after seeing like a little light blue to light pink to light yellow blotches on some photos I took outside during the day. Fortunately, it doesn't affect the camera quality. The camera operates normally and can't even see the speck. Has this happened to anyone? How did it get there?
