    [Question] Anyone else’s messages disappearing?

    Every time I open my texts, recent messages don't show up. I have to click on a conversation for it to reload and for the most recent messages to appear. Anyone else run into this or have any ideas? I'm running on iOS12 beta 4

    [QUESTION] Trouble updating apps on IOS 12 PB2?

    Can't seem to update my apps. Just gets stuck when I try to download any updates. Have forced closed App Store and restarted the device. Any ideas?

    [Bug] Anyone else suddenly unable to update or download apps?

    As of the very early AM, my updates and app downloads just get stuck immediately and don't fill the progress ring at all. I've tried uninstalling the apps in question, installing new apps, rebooting, and logging in and out of the App Store. No luck.

    Edit: After 4 reboots I was able to get the apps all updated/downloaded.

    [Question] Siri shorcuts app

    Is it possible to get my hands on Siri shortcuts app? I downloaded Workflow but it does not seem to be able to do what I want I want - If (Calender event called "Night shift", today) then disable DnD until tomorrow. I can not find conditioning in the Workflow app

    Got lost for 30 minutes today because my phone was on edge and unable to get maps, usually I would switch carriers but I can't find the option in settings anymore.

    Is it hidden or gone?

    [Question] Does iCloud sync remain when downgrading to iOS 11 from iOS 12 Public Beta

    I want to downgrade my device from iOS 12 Public Beta to iOS 11 with no data lost. I read several how-to's and it seems that I can only restore via an archived backup, which is already a few weeks old. I would like to downgrade my device from 12 Public Beta to 11 but still keeping the data created/changed during iOS 12, e.g. photos, notes, 3rd-party iCloud syncs. If I restore from the archived backup, will my new data created while using iOS 12 be missing or will it still be able to sync from iCloud? (e.g. Photos, Notes)

    [Discussion] Screen Time should be in the Health app!

    I've been thinking about this for a while – I really think that Screen Time would be useful in the Health app.

    Our screen time usage is a really important factor of our health. I think it is important enough for our health to be given its own section in the iOS Health app.

    Currently in iOS settings it's only possible to look at your daily usage for the past 10 days. This is nice, but not incredibly useful to look at and find trends in the data. It is also impossible to export the data. These two significant limitations could be removed if Screen Time synced with the Health app.

    One example of how this could be extremely helpful is that it would allow us to have a better log of screen time usage. For example, I could:

    • Look at my screen time usage last week, month, or year.
    • Compare this week's usage to last week's usage (or month, or year, etc.).
    • Look at my usage for a particular day (outside the current 10-day frame that we are restricted to!).
    • Identify trends in the data, allowing us to view periods of extremely high screen time usage (e.g. weekends) and act upon them accordingly (you can't get rid of bad habits if you can't identify them first).
    • In general be able to tell whether your weekly/monthly/whatever screen time usage is increasing or decreasing as time goes by.

    I know that such analysis would be really useful for me. I already can do this for how many steps I take per day, or how many calories I burned every day.

    Another way this type of analysis is incredibly useful is through sleep data: I can see how much sleep I've been getting over the past couple of days, and work on improving it (this is one of the main reasons I've taken an initiative to get better sleeping habits – since I can see how bad they were).

    I definitely love the way that Apple starting putting so much importance on screen time in iOS 12. I can tell it's something they care about, since it's definitely a big part of our health. A natural thing to do in my humble opinion is adding this data to the health app.

    If you'd really like to see this happen as well, please send feedback to Apple about this through the Feedback app. Feel free to copy and paste and/or add any part of my post in doing that, so you don't have to rewrite anything I've already mentioned.

    I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

    [Bug] Anyone else getting graphical glitching on iOS 12 beta

    Using an iPad Pro 10.5 on iOS 12 beta and been getting random graphical glitching and corruption. Can show up at any time on anything, can affect the keyboard, a picture in picture video etc. I don't know what this was like on the official iOS 11 release since I put it on beta on day one.

    EDIT: I meant to say public beta.

    [Question] With DB4 installed using OTA, can I update using iTunes when Beta5 comes out?

    My phone is crashing when I go into the software update menu to check if there's an update. I wonder if I with the Dev profile installed on my phone that always got the updates using the OTA solution can use iTunes to update when Beta5 comes out.
