    Messenger finally works?

    Messenger had an update today. I then loaded it up on my watch, where it hasn't worked since I got it, and it worked! And loads for a Watch app pretty quick.

    Does anyone else feel really uncomfortable getting their watch wet? I've had my watch since November, and I only submerged it for the first time today. Felt so weird!

    Anyone with anxiety here, how high does it make your heart rate?

    I noticed on the worst days it is around 120bpm and goes down within 10 minutes. But can jump up around 110 usually. What's your highest heart rate daily that anxiety causes?

    Apple Watch Series 2 restarts itself constantly

    Hey everyone. I have a Nike Apple Watch Series 2. Recently it has been rebooting itself automatically all the time and I can't figure out why. It is on the latest version of watchOS and everything. I have done multiple factory resets on it and nothing has changed. It has a small scratch on the screen but I can't see that why would change anything. Otherwise the Watch is in good working condition. Apple wants $230 just to look at it, which is ridiculous

    Getting the most out of AW

    Hey folks,

    I was given AW Series 3 as a gift, the GPS only model. Right now, I feel I'm not using it's full potential. I'm using it to read notifications, to unlock my MBP and lately I've been biking a lot so I'm using the Activity app to track cycling. However, I feel like if that's 100% of my Watch usage, it's a waste of money. Do you have any recommendation about apps or what else can I do to get the most out of it?

    Facebook Messenger loading error on Apple Watch?

    I've owned an Apple Watch for a while now. First off, I tried opening Facebook Messenger but it seemed to stick on the loading screen before the watch screen went dark after 90 seconds. Over recent weeks, I have been able to launch Messenger from the watch and preview my messages but when I click in on one I have the same problem.

    I know this is a common issue. I have contacted Apple Support about this and other than advising a simple reset they can't seem to do much on the matter. They say Facebook need to update Messenger from their end. It seems odd that such a big company hasn't addressed this issue.

    Has anyone managed to come across a solution or a fix to this? It's not a big need for me but I'd be lying if I said it doesn't annoy me that it doesn't always work.

    Recommend a Couch to 5K app?

    I'd like to leave my phone at home and just take a series 2 or 3 watch with music and managing couch to 5k running. Looks like every app needs you to take a phone with you. Seems silly and a waste of time having a watch app?

    AW thinks I did 806 minute workout... can I fix this

    So I have a strange issue. Last Wednesday I tried adding an activity manually via the health app. However the app screwed the time up so it made an activity that lasted 15 hours. I deleted it and tried to fix with a new manual entry of the correct time. However the activity app kept showing 806 minutes. I even got a badge that it was my highest activity time. Then I saw in the health app that it showed my active time also as 806 minutes. I deleted this entire entry willing to take the loss of me having a full day with no activity. But now my active graph is empty but it still shows 806 minutes. Is there any way I can fix this? I don't really care about the day entry but I hate that I got a medal for an activity time I never actually got.

    Received remote notifications and could reply on apple watch one

    So yesterday my girlfriend left her phone at home and had her Iwatch on about 15 miles away. She connected to WiFi at her work and she could receive notifications on her watch and reply. The thing is I haven't been able to duplicate what happened. Is this a feature of the watch? I'm confused because I though it was only the newer watch with a cellular connection that could do this?

    Edit: So it turns out I couldn't duplicate it because her phone was always connected to my 5ghz network at home which the Iwatch doesn't recognise. As soon as I forgot the 5ghz on her phone and connected it to the 2.4ghz network when I left the house with the phone and left the watch, the watch connected to WiFi and was able to send and receive messages 👍

    So last night I apparently started an round of pilates before drifting off to dreamland. I woke up eight hours - and many, many filled circles later - to my watch telling me I'd burned over active 2000 calories. This makes me wonder how accurate the active calorie count really is. Cause I'm a restless sleeper, but not 2000+ calories restless.

    No Warranty Options

    Sorry if this is a dumb question, but my girlfriend has an S1 that stopped working after she didn't wear it for about a month and a half. Acts like it's charging if placed on the charger but shows a red Apple and doesn't turn on when you press the button.

    I'm just wondering what the options are with a watch that won't turn on and doesn't have a warranty any longer. It's pretty much a paper weight, but it would break my heart to just throw it away.

    AppleCare for sport watch

    My partner recently purchased an Apple Watch Sport as a gift for me. Thing is, I'm in Canada and she is in Australia. She will be shipping it this week. I assume like iPhones, the watch comes with basic AppleCare out of the box. If I want to extend that, will I be able to do it from here? And if so, what all will I need? Original box, sales receipt etc. I'm hoping she can keep the box it came in and put it in a smaller one to cut down on the package size. Thanks in advance.

    Apple Watch Edition. Worth it or no?

    Hello all,

    On a whim today, I googled 'Apple Watch 4' and there were some news articles with 'leaks' regarding the apple watch 4. I've been using a series 3 SS one for a while, and if there is a s4 coming out, I think for that one I'd like to 'upgrade' to the Edition.

    My question is though, is it worth the $1200 or whatever you spend on it or no? What has your experience been with it?

    Today I learned you can press the crown on your Apple Watch while driving and use your voice to pick a specific song or artist and have it play via your vehicle speakers. No more distracted driving!

    I own a car that has Bluetooth audio and I can select songs via the forward and back function however if I want to pick a specific artist or song usually I would have to pick up my phone, open music app and find it that way. Today I realized I can just use my voice instead which was amazing. I don't have to use my phone and I can do everything via my watch. This is great!

    Anybody know if mail in OS 5 works away from iPhone?

    I've got a series 3 cellular but it bothers me that if I leave my iPhone at home, mail can't get email.

    Is this sorted in os 5?
