    Sn0wF4ll

    iOS 11.0-11.3.1 jailbreak. Gets root, escapes sandbox, patches codesign (userland only), bind shell, nvram unlock (from Electra), host_get_special_port 4 (from Electra), code injection (from Electra; injects its amfid patch after using QiLin's since it's way better), SSH (dropbear)

    I think at this point this can be called a jailbreak, a developer-only one but with a small little feature: everything is done inside the app's bundle (except /var/dropbear & /var/profile) and nothing outside is touched. This makes it safe to use, without the requirement of full root read and write (although it is enabled on 11.0-11.2.6) and at the same time makes it not conflict with other jailbreaks in any way.

    Includes TWO a root shells :)

    First is via dropbear (SSH) and the other via netcat if dropbear for some reason doesn't work or you prefer it?. Dropbear not supported yet because empty_list seems to also have file descriptor leaks. Unless those are fixed dropbear will NOT work

    This tweak is called DismissIncomingCalls - iOS 10 Most likely will work for iOS 9 as well.

    No iOS 11 at this time, sorry waiting for the jailbreak to release.

    DismissIncomingCalls allows you to click the home button while an incoming call is presented or swipe up on the call and it will remove it. Thus allowing you to move freely about the cabin(use your phone while call is still incoming). This works on both lockscreen and while unlocked. Once you dismiss it, it will be gone.

    There are no settings to configure, however there is settings to enable or disable, along with more information.

    There are no screenshots available.

    [Question] Privacy Tweaks for iOS 11

    Hello, I just got a new (yeah, new) iPhone 6S Plus hoping it would come with iOS 10, but it came with 11.1.1. So I want to give Electra a try before erasing and returning it.

    I am concerned about most of my current iOS 7 tweaks not working, specially the privacy related ones, so I want to ask if there are any tweaks for iOS 11 that can achieve any of the following privacy-related objectives:

    1) Stop iCloud (keep only appstore as login/password, nothing else)

    2) Stop Siri (really kill the daemon and keep it like that)

    3) Fake Location (per app, preferably)

    4) Stop specific apps, tweaks or daemons from accessing the internet

    5) Erase or input wrong or empty metadata to all photos / notes / etc

    Thanks for any help with these, and any recommendation on any other privacy tweaks for iOS11

    [Question] I am probably getting a new iPhone soon. I want to make sure I have the best chance of getting one of 11.3.1 (using the Serial Check site), but I have a question

    (The title should say "one on 11.3.1" .-.)

    I did some trial and error to find the correct two letters that made 11.3.1 be the probable version, and it turned out to be WP.

    Is there anything else I have to check, or is the only think I need to do is ask the person at the store if they have any phones with WP as the fourth and fifth letters?

    Am I missing anything?

    Should I also make note of the letters for 11.3 or even 11.2.x just in case they don't have a WP phone?

    Edit: This is the site to check it, by the way.

    Edit 2: WQ, WR, WN, and WM also work, in case anyone else was wondering.

    [Discussion] my iphone X is jailbreak on 11.1.2 electra, i am very happy with this jailbreak. Recently i found out my phone has a hardware issue with the camera and i want to get it fixed at the applestore, my question is will apple FIX THE PHONE (take it apart and give me the same jailbroken phone fixed) or will they just replace it with a new iphone.

    Hello r/jailbreak! a lot of iPhone 8 users (including me) are ending up with issues restoring using futurerestore with error 44... Here is a video on how to fix just just that.

    I do suck at making these types of tutorials, but just following (painfully) the steps I perform you'll successfully restore!

    Before you even begin, you must make sure your nonce generator that is found in the shsh2 file is set on your device and is already jailbroken.

    I am using a Mac for this but I'm sure steps are similar on windows....

    Please let me know if you run into any issues and remember to use -d (debug flag)

    How to find your BoardID Download BMSSM from the App Store, go to the System tab and it will be on the right side of the device model (mine is D201AP)

    Command in terminal used: ./futurerestore -d -t blobs.shsh2 -b ICE17-1.04.51.Release.bbfw -p BuildManifest.plist -s sep-firmware.d201.RELEASE.im4p -m BuildManifest.plist 11.3.1.ipsw

    -windows users won't need the ./

    [Question] I just found out my old iPod is a 2nd gen (16gb). It’s disabled and the power button doesn’t work. Is there anyway I can restore this beauty to its former glory?

    I looked up a tutorial and it said to use redsn0w, but I'm not too sure if it's works with the 2nd gen iPod, the tutorial wasn't specific to the iPod 2nd gen, so that's why I'm not sure.

    [Question] If buying an iPhone X, what should I be looking for in the serial number to get one on 11.3.1?

    For example, is there a certain week of manufacture I should request? And does it even work asking for a certain serial?

    Edit - iOS 11.3.1 manufacture weeks:

    WM - week 18

    WN - week 19

    WP - week 20

    WQ - week 21

    WR - week 22

    So anything before WR should be jailbreakable in the near further, as the device will be on iOS 11.3.1 or earlier.

    Hey guys,

    I just need a bit of help/clarification when it comes to upgrading to unsigned IOS using blobls. I've searched for tutorials and looked at past questions but there doesn't seem to be consistency or a one method that suits all cases.

    My phone: Iphone 6 on 8.2 JB (Taig)
    I have blobs for: 11.2, 11.2.1, 11.3.1, 11.4

    I'm willing to lose my Jailbreak for a little while so I was wondering which IOS should I be updating to (11.2 as the JB won't need to remount or 11.3.1 as its likelier to come out earlier?)

    I was looking at this tutorial, but like all others, they talk about setting a nonce, for which there isn't much info that I can find for IOS8 - http://www.iphonehacks.com/2018/02/how-to-restore-unsigned-ios-firmwares.html

    any advice and links to tutorials/videos would be much appreciated.
