Will downloading this give me a virus? Posted: 25 Jun 2018 06:54 PM PDT I downloaded this program and clicked to start it but it said it needed permission for that developer's app to run. I'm really worried by downloading it then clicking to start it that it gave me a virus. Any reassurance would be great! I downloaded the iPhone X version of this app: http://iemulators.com/gba4ios?ez_cid=CLIENT_ID(AMP_ECID_EZOIC) [link] [comments] |
Posted: 25 Jun 2018 07:50 PM PDT Since I did the latest iPhone update a few days ago, I no longer get notifications when I text myself. I used to text reminders to myself often and would receive an unread text message. Now it shows the sent message to me but nothing received. Any thoughts? [link] [comments] |
Poor sound quality after Bluetooth antenna replacement? Posted: 25 Jun 2018 05:52 PM PDT I just got my iPhone 6 Bluetooth antenna replaced. It now has the range it used to have, and no longer stutters, but the sound quality now seems to be lacking. It doesn't seem to have as much bass, depth, or detail as it used to. Is this a thing? Can someone help explain this? [link] [comments] |
Annoying bluetooth and dock connector issues. Hopefully there's a simple fix! Posted: 25 Jun 2018 04:33 PM PDT So I use bluetooth in my Sony headunit to listen to audio. My Sony headunit also has a supplied USB charging port which I plug in a lightning cable to charge my iPhone. As soon as the phone detects the charging port is connected to the headunit, it automatically switches audio output from bluetooth to "dock connector". This is fine as I just have to switch the audio source back to bluetooth but lately the lightning connector has loosened up a bit. So any time there is a bump on the road, it will disconnect the lightning connector and reconnect, causing the audio output to be switched to the "dock connector" again, again and again. Obviously this is starting to get annoying. Is there any way to completely disable to dock connector or prioritise bluetooth. I can't plug my phone into the cigarette lighter as it's already being used by something else and my headunit has fast charging which is very useful. [link] [comments] |
Audio doesn’t work, Facetime and iPhone calls don’t work. Posted: 25 Jun 2018 02:59 PM PDT I ran into this problem maybe 2 days ago. I tried to FaceTime sever times with my friend but it always went straight to black, said "Reconnecting" then ended the call. Phone calls aren't going through; there's no audio and every time I select speaker phone it would deselect it. Earlier today I tried to record using both Snapchat and the iPhone camera, but both had no audio whatsoever, it was just a recording. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and it had already messed up once since I had it so I traded it in and now this new one is acting up. Thanks in advance! [link] [comments] |
Home button and touch screen don’t work. Need photos off of phone. Posted: 25 Jun 2018 12:32 PM PDT My friend is trying to figure out how to get his pictures off of his phone without the touch screen or home button working. He sent me this message. "Need help. My home button on my iphone is broken so I've been using assistivetouch. Yesterday the touch screen stopped responding or working at all. So I'm stuck on the lock screen unable to put in my password or do anything on my phone. If I get a new phone I at least need to get my photos off but I can't click "Trust this computer" to grab them from my computer. Any ideas?" I believe it is an iPhone 5c. Any help would be great. Posted: 25 Jun 2018 11:19 AM PDT iPhone 8, ios11.3.1 though the issue has been present since I got it. Essentially, when I click the center headphone button intending to press play, Siri redone the first time and often on the second attempt as well. I'm not holding the button down as I would to intentionally bring up the Siri interface. Anyone else have this issue? [link] [comments] |
6S Mute Switch makes odd click/vibrate when switching to mute Posted: 25 Jun 2018 10:26 AM PDT Got a 6s last week. Phone works fine but I noticed today that when I switch the mute switch to mute it will sort of click. It's not the normal vibrate and when the phone vibrates, each vibrate will start and end with that same click sensation. Normal? Not normal? None of my previous phones (4S, 5S and SE) have done that. It behaves the same after restarting and removing the case. [link] [comments] |
problems with delniphone water resistance Posted: 25 Jun 2018 04:23 AM PDT With the mobile phone as a guarantee, I went to the Apple store to change the screen because have a diagonal line. When They open it they tell me that they can not repair it because the humidity sensors are active. I have never submerged the iPhone but I have done sports and I went to run raining. Surprisingly they tell me that it is not advisable to do sport with the iPhone because sweat could get into the device as well as rain water. (Misleading advertising because in all the iPhone 7 ads someone was doing sports even in the rain) . They also tell me that the humidity itself could also activate these sensors without coming into contact with the water the device. I find myself totally helpless and sold with Apple. To spread that from technical service they do not recommend to do sport with iPhone. Is it really the iPhone 7 splash resistant ??? [link] [comments] |
