[Update] HomeHijack Now Hijacks the HomeButton

    Posted: 06 May 2018 07:52 PM PDT

Hey Guys, I just pushed an update for HomeHijack which allows you to triple click the HomeButton, to open an app, open the CC or respring. I am planning on implementing the TapTapUtils menu in the next update. To make TripleClick work, you need to enable Guided Access (Settings>General>Accessibility>Scroll to the bottom>GuidedAccess> Enable Guided Access and Accessibility shortcut). Let me know if you want anything else added. This works with HomeGesture, we are pushing an update for LittleX so that it works with that.

[Request] Barmoji need to be updated

    Posted: 06 May 2018 01:05 PM PDT

What is the issue? Emojis at the bottom dont get updated after use them. Like I start to use the HappyFace after a while and I dont dismiss the KB, after 2minutes if I press again the same emoji it will appear another like Heart, it is very annoying because I need to dismiss the KB and invoke it again so the Emojis at the bottom will get updated for the new frequent ones.

[Tutorial] How to get SMS Messages about Firmware Signing Changes and Releases!

    Posted: 06 May 2018 01:35 PM PDT

I'm making this tutorial because unfortunately I missed out on the day Apple servers messed up and I didn't get a chance to save my blobs.

I use Zapier.com. They are really good with workflows notifications and such. The default free plan checks for the events every 15 minutes with 100 times a month. Unless Apple goes crazy flipping switches, you shouldn't max this out.

How to get SMS Messages about Firmware Signing Changes:

    1. Head over to https://zapier.com/ on a desktop computer and sign up. (The mobile website is messed up and can't get to all the pages we need to)

    2. Once you are signed up, You'll need to find the "Make a Zap!" button and click on it.

    3. It should ask you for the Trigger App. You will need to select the Twitter option from the list.

    4. You'll now be asked for a Trigger Event. You will now need to select "User Tweet: Triggers when a specific user tweets".

    5. Hit Save and Continue and Authorize Zapier access to you Twitter by logging in or creating a new Twitter Account.

    6. You'll be asked for the Twitter Username: Your gonna use @TSSstatus

    7. You will now have to test this Trigger, Hit Fetch and it will pull TSSstatus's latest tweet. You can hit view tweet if you want but once it pulls it, just hit continue.

    8. You now have the Actions. This is the golden moment as you now see all the options you can do. You can set it up to Email you, Text you, Call you, Post on your Facebook, and many other options for when a firmware change is detected. For now, let's use sms. Hit that.

    9. You will now hit Trigger a SMS. Hit Connect Account and you should see "Allow Zapier to access your SMS by Zapier Account?". Go through these steps until you come out to a page that's title "Set up SMS by Zapier SMS" with a Setup Preview toggled on.

    10. This is IMPORTANT. You need to hit "from number" and choose one of those numbers. If you leave it on random half reading this post, you won't have the ability to mute the notifications in iMessages.

    11. Right Below that it should have Message with a text box with a rectangle in the upper right. You need to select the box in the upper right and hit text. It should say "Step One" with the latest tweet text. Hit Continue.

    12. Zapier will now carry out this Zap you just made. You should get a message to your phone with the last firmware signing change.

    13. Now Turn this Zap on and name it.

    Congratulations!

*** You also can set this up to notify you when a jailbreak is released for a version by connecting it to your YouTube account and setting your favorite jailbreak news channel as the trigger. (I personally have mine set to GeoSnow's account.) ***

You also can connect it to @iOSReleases Twitter account to get a text when a new iOS update is sent out. You can set the sms "from number" to use the same one as the Signing SMS to help things out.

If your gonna use this in a video, please link back.

[discussion] the fix for App Store stuck in downloading

    Posted: 06 May 2018 06:44 PM PDT

I'm using iPhone 8 Plus Electra lastest .

I've Google and search up reddit and dig up ages ago of why my App Store will be stuck in downloading .

Simply to say due to app updating and tweak etc probably kind of left a lot of files left over and back up and restoring it rather then starting a new device .

Follow closely to my instruction. I don't need to do a video for it because it so simple just you need to be careful to click and see before deleting.

    First : Go to Filza , /var/mobile/Media/Downloads

Seconds : you will see a lot folder and files , delete those folder that is empty nothing inside as Long as there "iTunes.metaplist" that is your back up for it so if u want delete all also can nothing will affect . DELETE , " download.28sqlitedb all the 3 file that start sqlited...

Lastly , once you delete all of it . Don't worry . Go to NewTerm2 , Run , Su Yourpassword

    Type : ldrestart

Once everything is done your phone will be rebooted but with this command it doesn't unjailbreak. This command i learn from coolstar due to his sharing on Twitter. 😂 .

ONCE ALL DONE YOU CAN JUST CLICK UPDATE ON APP STORE ANY APP OR DOWNLOAD. You will not have ANY ISSUE 😉 . Thank . Share to keep this post for many ppl to know .

[Help] How can I get the Giovanni emulator on watchOS 4?

    Posted: 06 May 2018 07:32 PM PDT

I just got and apple watch yesterday, and it's on 4.0 (yay, compatible with my jailbreak). I tried to get the Giovanni emulator running on it, but I believe the IPA I found is built for watchOS 2.0. I don't have a mac so I can't build the xcode project. I do have theos, however, if that can build xcode apps.

How can I get it on my watch?

[Tutorial] Changing your Resolution with System Info

    Posted: 06 May 2018 10:15 PM PDT

You can lose your jailbreak and potentially lose personal data with this so take all precautions and read carefully. Do not blame me if you screw up, or for any other reason.

For starters, you will need "System Info" version 2.0.0-1 from BigBoss, "NoMoreSmallApps [Public]" version 0.0.2 from Spark's Beta Repo, and your favorite flavor of SSH installed . Another device/computer is required. You will also need your device resolution and aspect ratio (most of that can be found here).

    Steps:

    1. Make a backup of your device, just do it. Even if you aren't even planning on following this guide, just do it anyways.
    2. Test SSH. Get the IP address of your device by going to Settings > Wi-Fi > [your wi-fi SSID] > IP Address. On another device on the same wi-fi network open a terminal and type "ssh [your ip address]" and see if you can login as "root" with your root password. If you don't know your root password, then it's probably the default "alpine" (you should change this, so login with "alpine" and type "passwd" to change it). You can use WinSCP on Windows if you don't have another jailbroken iOS device.
    3. Find the "multiplier" for your device. This is the number that when you divide the resolution height:width by aspect ratio height:width, you get for both. Example: 1920:1080 / 16:9 = 120:120 (so 120 is the multiplier). If you don't get the same number on both sides, you probably flipped the height and width and you will have a bad time if you continue. You might see a very small difference on the iPhone X that you can ignore.
    4. Now you can try to increase the multiplier by a bit at a time, lets say 5-10, multiply your devices aspect ratio by the new multiplier and input these new numbers into Settings > Display and Brightness > Display resolution and press set. The most important thing here is not to panic. Give it 10-20 seconds, and if nothing happens don't reboot. Log back into SSH like in step 2, then type "iofbres r" and it will automagically fix itself and respring.
    5. Repeat step 4 by increasing the multiplier until you're happy with the resolution or until it blackscreens. With a bit of trial and error you can find the maximum resolution of the device.

    Troubleshooting / Notes:

    1. Again, you can type "iofbres r" into an ssh session to respring and use default resolution and fix blackscreens or wonky resolutions.
    2. The control center being off-center is normal, no solution for that yet.
    3. The keyboard being off-center is normal, pressing the "123" key temporarily aligns it but no permanent solution.
    4. Graphical glitches appear after rebooting, but if you change the resolution they disappear. Unfortunately if you change it back, they return. The quick and dirty fix is to change the resolution height/width by -1, but if you're trying to emulate another devices resolution it might break those features. The better fix is to revert to the stock resolution, reboot, then switch back to the desired resolution.
    5. You can blacklist apps in Settings > NoMoreSmallApps if you need to, the Weather app for example is a bit buggy with some resolutions. That's the only one I came across.
    6. If you use a resolution of the next-size-up device, sometimes you can get extra features. For example, iPad Air 2 runs iPad Pro resolution, iPhone 7 can run iPhone 7+ resolution etc.
    7. Square icons indicate that your custom resolution is slightly off from what it needs to be. Try decreasing the height by a pixel or two, and if it doesn't work try doing the same with the width.
