    Seeking App to Merge Deduplicate Manage Too Many Contacts

    I've delayed tidying my Address Book/Contacts info way too long. I sync my Contacts between macOS High Sierra and an iPhone and iPad running iOS 11 using iCloud. Somehow I also have almost all these contacts "On My Mac" as well, but I don't want them there. Because my contacts are very private info, I don't want to use an online service like Scrubly.

    Either a Mac or iPad app would fit the bill. While many inexpensive utilities appear on both App Stores, ease-of-use is much more important than low price. I seek recommendations from folks with direct experience of the task and the software.

    My ideal software would prune complete duplicates, offer partial matches for my merge decisions (highlighting the more-recent data) and create a clean dataset. Then I could delete all my Contacts, import this clean dataset and be more careful in the future. (x-posted to r/MacOS)

    Live Photos / Backup / Restore

    I have some Live photos that were off loaded my phone (To my NAS) and I would like to put them back onto my phone as Live Photo's

    Does anyone have a suggestion to do this? I had iCloud installed on my computer and tried that way but they didn't work.

    App for notification of traffic jams?

    I am looking for an app that notifies me of traffic jams in my area, or even better on my usual route. I would like to get these notifications as push alerts. Is there any app that has support for this?

    I live in The Netherlands, if that matters.

    Why is there still no “clear up next” in the Music app? This was a pretty simple feature that had been around in the days of iOS 10 but the second Apple “revamped” the Music app, it’s gone. Sometimes I just want to play one song and then have the music stop without having to search for that song.

    Yesterday I was trying to create a folder inside the app of CamScanner, like I usually do on the Android version of this app, but I wasn't able to do it.

    Is there a way to create a folder WITH CamScanner version for iPad (ios11, last version of the app)?

    Notes taking up 20+ gig of space?

    This is weird. The Notes app on my iPhone says it is taking up 20+ gig of space. I only have 18 notes in there, and they are basic with no photos or videos in them. I've attached screenshots.

    I've tried everything - resetting the settings, logging in and out of iCloud, deleting and reinstalling the Notes app, no luck.

    Anyone else have any experience with this?

    Siri bug in iOS 11 enables access to hidden notifications

    Possible Family Sharing Issue?

    I just updated my phone to iOS 11 the other day. I have family sharing set up on my phone (the main) and my wife's phone (parent/guardian). She's trying to download an app I purchased today that I've already checked is sharable but when she navigates to purchases and selects my Apple ID it shows up as if there are no purchases under that account at all.

    I've restarted my phone, signed out/into the app store and still have no idea what's up.

    Any insight from y'all?

    UPDATE: Solved the issue. She wasn't connected to WiFi. As soon as she connected they all showed up. WTF.

    iPhone 5S on 11.2.6 randomly lights up on lockscreen with no notifications

    I've noticed this twice (not often) to my phone where it just wakes up and displays the lockscreen but no notifications are shown.

    Do any of you have this issue where your iPhone screen, while sleeping, randomly lights up with no notifications? Could this be an issue with hackers or something??
