Macbook Pro random freezing and shutdown

I have a MacBook Pro 2015 15" model running on High Sierra and been experiencing these random freezing and shutdowns. My screen, trackpad, and keyboard would become unresponsive and a few seconds later, my MBP would just shut down. When I turn it back on, any work that was not autosaved would be lost. I already reset PRAM, SMC, and did a clean os install. I even visited the genius bar and they found nothing wrong with the hardware and did a clean os install using their own method. After getting my MBP back, the freezing still occurs. At most, it may freeze twice a day which is very annoying. Anyone had similar issues and found a fix? If not, I probably cannot use this for work as it is unreliable.

Taking early 2011 13" MBP in for Genius Bar appointment this week (battery registering at 63% on Coconut Battery app). I've upgraded to 16GB DDR3 RAM and 525 GB SSD (both Crucial hardware), do I need to put stock hardware back in the machine to get best service/options?

    Posted: 04 Feb 2018 12:14 PM PST

In November last year, i got the baseline 2017 macbook pro 13 for my birthday. since about a month in, my ram usage has always been above 60%, even with only a couple open tabs on the internet. is that normal or is there something i can do to help it?

    MacBook vs MacBook Pro

Does the MacBook have a higher screen to body ratio than the MacBook Pro? Or is it the other way around? As in the ratio of the actual display (the part with the pixels) to the entire display (including the bezels). Thanks!
