- iPhone 6 out of space. All emails. Cannot open mail app to delete emails...because the "out of space" message will not let you use the app. Using POP3 so deleting it all isn't an option really

- I do not want LIVE photos. I keep turning it Off in 'preserve settings'. It keeps coming back overtime i open the camera.

| Posted: 02 Nov 2017 06:03 PM PDT My 2-year-old iphone 6s is glitching somehow where when I type the letter "I" it shows up on my screen as the symbol "A [?]" (imagine a question mark in a box). The symbol appears in the autocorrect bubble as I'm typing, and in the preview bar on top of the keyboard. But once I continue typing it appears as the letter I. However, when I use Facebook messenger, the symbol replaces the "I"s in my sent messages, but only seen on my phone. There's nothing in my Text Replacement and I've tried restarting my phone, reseting the dictionary, and doing a general reset on my phone, but nothing has fixed it. If there's a way to attach photos here I can upload a screen shot. Please let me know if I'm missing something or I'm just cursed with this glitch. [link] [comments]  |

| iPhone 6s on iOS11 crashes and gets stuck on the apple logo repeatedly after restoring Posted: 02 Nov 2017 08:22 PM PDT A couple days ago my phone on the previous iOS suddenly crashed and was stuck on the swirly loading screen on a black background. I restored the phone, backed up the phone from the cloud, and then soon after it crashed again. This time getting stuck on the apple logo. After restoring it again it managed to work for another 12 hours or so but since it crashed yesterday I haven't gotten it to work for more than half an hour. I think I've factory reset it at least 10 times in the past 48 hours. UPDATE: I factory reset it and this time I didn't restore the back up. Everything seems to be fine for the time being but if you know of this issue and how to resolve it please reply anyways because I'm sure I'll come across this problem again in the future [link] [comments]  |
| Posted: 02 Nov 2017 08:18 PM PDT My phone stopped working all of a sudden last night at around 8PM. I could not charge it. The hard reset did not work. When I found out my phone was dead, it started heating up all of a sudden. It did not get to a very high temperature, but it was higher than when it usually gets hot. I took it to a repair shop and they tried swapping the batteries, but it still would not turn on. [link] [comments]  |

I'm planning on getting a 7/8 and I really like the front facing touchID, but it kind of ruins the benefit of having it front facing, if you have to press the power key on the side first every time. | Posted: 02 Nov 2017 01:37 PM PDT When you share your location (not "current" location) with someone on imessage and it sends them the little prompt to either "share" or "not now," if it goes unnoticed, does the request simply expire on its own after a certain amount of time? Or does the person who sent the request have to manually cancel it/"stop" sharing? Basically, I ignored a request and after a while got this. Noticed that some of my selfie pictures have two black perpendicular lines once I upload them to Instagram. It's not my camera as it only happens to SOME of the pictures I post. The lines are veryyy thin. I haven't seen anyone else with this problem. Any idea if it's just a scaling or resolution problem? Very frustrating. I circled the lines in the link below. | Posted: 02 Nov 2017 06:49 AM PDT Bought a 4s off someone on gumtree who lives miles away so paid via PayPal. I know how to get a refund and a case is currently open. However all the iPhone 4s says is searching no matter what network SIM card I've put in. The phone was listed as unlocked and no sim is working I've tried all the major networks. Checked imei and its clean why would the phone keep saying searching? Toggled on and off aeroplane mode and factory reset too [link] [comments]  |
