| AppleTV 4k super laggy after new TV Posted: 08 Mar 2022 03:05 PM PST We had an old plasma hooked up to our AppleTV 4k and it was snappy. Even when swapping between apps in the app carousel. We recently got a TCL 55" series 5 and were so excited to get everything hooked up. I updated the TV firmware and got it connected via HDMI. the picture is AMAZING but sometimes swapping between apps and movies is laggy (2-4seconds). And the remote is super laggy too sometimes. Any help/advice? I contacted Apple Support and they told me to repair the remote. [link] [comments] |
