    When does a message count as "Read" (iMessage)

    On Thursday I sent my fiancee a text and it said delivered and she never got it. Has never happened before in the past almost decade I've known her. Then it happened again yesterday. And then today I sent her a text and it was marked "Read" 1 minute after I sent it. I asked her and she said she never got it, but she's been getting all my other texts without issue. This has happened in various different locations but not anywhere we wouldn't have a connection. I power cycled my phone and said she should too because it might fix things. What is going on? Why would a message be "Read" if it never reached someone?

    iphone 12 reboot time

    I have an iphone 12 pro, and after battery is drained, when I charge, it takes super long for it to boot up.

    Apple logo comes up, and stays that way for approximately 5 minutes until the actual home screen comes up.

    I think this started to occur from few updates ago. Does anyone experience similar issues? What can be done about this?

    I need help with a MDM (mobile device management)

    So, our school installed in our iPads a mobile device management that only works when we are in school (it temporarily hides some of our apps). The problem is that mine isn't working properly and it's hiding my apps even when I'm at home!. Can anyone help me to get my apps back please? It keeps happening over and over: the school has already erased all the content of my iPad two other times and it won't fix the problem.     Hello Reddit

    I'm having a very weird problem with my phone. I've searched all over but I can't even find a good way to describe it into a search bar. Ever since one of the updates a couple weeks back (can't remember which one, sorry), my iPhone 8's rear camera will not autofocus, but only when it's pointed below the horizon. If I point it tilting upwards at all, it has no problem focusing. So I can take pictures of birds, trees, and my ceiling and wall just fine. Most of the time I'm using that camera it's pointed down though, so this is quite an annoying problem. Anyone ever run into anything like this?

    Can't I set hotspot ALWAYS on for my car? I have to go to settings every time I get into the car to have internet/hotspot.

    I might be missing something very basic but you never know...

    I can't seem to turn my iPhone (last version) work as a hotspot everytime I get into my car. CarPlay all that works fine. Also if I go to hotspot settings in iphone the car connects itself.

    BUT I HAVE TO GO TO SETTINGS EVERY TIME, if I want to have my car to have internet everytime I go into my car, which seems stupid and probably just an error on my part.

    Please tell me there's some setting somewhere I've missed and this isn't one of those stupid iOS things...

    New to iOS, please help me with the volume

    I have been an Android user my whole life so pardon me if this is not a thing here. In my old phone I was able to control the media, ringer and alarms volume. So if I was watching youtube, I could without volume but if the phone rings It will ring. Is this possible?

    Mail app issue!

    Mail app takes too long to fetch emails and show notifications for it.

    help! Mail app on iphone takes a while to automatically fetch new emails and show notifications for it. Like whenever someone send me an email it would take at least a few minutes to hours until i get notifications for it, meanwhile for gmail i get the notification immediately upon receiving the email. Should also mention that Mail fetches email quicker when the phone is on charge, but i don't have low power mode on so i don't get why the phone is limiting the email fetch on battery use. Anyone having the same problems like this?

    Done using a burner phone, any easy way to get photos on to my main driver phone or is it going to just be mass Air Drop? Also, can WhatsApp messages be moved to main phone?

    I am finished using a burner phone that has photos from a trip, and I used my normal SIM card in this burner phone (so number didn't change), and used WhatsApp and did messaging there.

    1. For photos, do I just have to mass AirDrop all my burner phone photos to my main phone to get all the trip pics on to the main phone or is there a better option?

    2. Can What'sapp messages on my burner phone be moved over to my main phone somehow in those same convos? I doubt it, but thought I asked. I just moved my SIM from my burner phone back to my main phone and have WhatsApp back there on the main phone getting the messages.

    I plan to return this phone since it performed pretty badly on the trip (it's an older iphone).
