This is probably the closest we can get to Daggerfall on iOS. There are two series of games & expansions under The Quest franchise on the AppStore:
The HD series is in active development while the Classic series is not, though it is still being maintained and remains available for purchase. This was done since the Classic series was in dire need of a lot of changes so the developers decided to totally rework the game and release it anew. The HD version has some exclusive content like a neat little card game. Which of these to buy now? I don't recommend buying The Quest Classic series anymore (which are iPhone only). Get The Quest HD series (these are universal). Quest Classic expansions are NOT compatible with the The Quest (universal version). All apps mentioned in my list are the new versions compatible with The Quest HD. Are the expansions sold separately from the base game? Expansions are bought as individual apps, but after installing the content can be migrated into the main app. After installing them, they can be enabled in the main game by a menu point on their main menu. You can then travel to the expansion from either Matras or Mithria harbor by talking to the Sea Captain there. Think of them as "standalone IAPs". And you can play the expansions standalone too. The standalone players won't have any problem, because the expansions are tweaked to make their new character equal to the recommended level. Is the save file transferable to other platforms? Yes. Via iTunes File Sharing. The Quest Classic series has a few more expansions compared to The Quest HD, will those be ported over? Yes. Cursed Chess Set from the old series is in development. | Posted: 30 Jan 2022 06:17 PM PST Hey y'all, I recently remembered about a game I used to play 3-ish years ago. I don't remember if it was popular. The game was like a table top battle Royale game where you parachuted in and had a mini match. It was very similar to games like Fortnite and pubg but it had the style of brawl stars. You played/viewed your character from the sky instead of 3rd or 1st person. This is really itching my brain and I'd appreciate if anyone knows what I'm talking about [link] [comments] |
