    My original iPhone charger is falling apart, so I decided to buy myself a new one. I decided to go to a phone store which sold both their own brand of third party chargers as well as Apple ones. I decided to buy their own charger since it was cheaper and looked decent. The specific charger I got is the O2 iPhone charger. O2 are a fairly reputable brand in the U.K. so I imagined their charger would be safe to use. However, ever since I bought it and started using it a couple of weeks ago I've noticed that the battery health of my iPhone has gone down about 3% than it was before. I definitely checked the battery health out of curiosity the day before buying it and it was higher, and it seems highly likely it was caused by the charger. As well as this, I've noticed that my phone gets very hot when it's being charged with it and sometimes when I plug the charger in it produces blue sparks when going into the wall. All of this is making me a little concerned and I'm wondering whether my concern is justified and whether I should invest in another charger instead.

    Hello everyone so as it states in my title I just recently switched from a galaxy s9 to the iPhone 13 mini. So far I'm liking it but I have a few questions.

    Btw I have iOS 15

    First of all is Spotify premium for free on iPhone a myth? On android I just had to download "Spotify premium apk" hit a few buttons then boom I was skipping all the songs I wanted for free and had no ads, is there anything like that for iOS? All I find online regarding that are click bait videos that lead you to scam websites

    And second, can you play older pokemon games on iOS? When I say older I mean GBA pokemon games like emerald and fire red. If it is possible can anyone point me in the direction of a guide or a good reliable emulator?

    Bluetooth issue

    Hello. Recently I switched to iPhone 13 pro max from my venerable Pixel 2 XL. It went mostly well until I hit issue with in car Bluetooth. It is some Chinese Bluetooth dongle for aftermarket car stereo that plugs in the back of head unit. It worked quite well with Android. But with iPhone when there's no audio for some time apps on the phone (navigation, for example) plays audio through phone speaker. Although in control center I see Bluetooth icon in volume slider. If the sound plays for some time (several hunts from navigator) or I turn on the music on the phone, audio begins to play through Bluetooth again. Today I tried the same with my Galaxy Buds 2 blues head set. And the behavior was the same. It this a bug? A feature? Something else?

    My iPhone is on iOS 15.1.1.

    An annoying dark mode issue.

    Okay, so I've had this issue for as long as I had my iPhone 12. First of all updating has not fixed this issue and it's NOT auto brightness, resetting my phone has only temporarily fixed it. I have dark mode on and I noticed that the dark parts of my screen (like the black background parts) keep changing from a dark black to a light black or greyish, and it's so annoying. Googling this issue has been no help, all I see is auto brightness and mine has always been set to off. I also tried to screen record it but it doesn't seem to capture it. Hardware issue? I have no idea… any help?

    iPhone 11 Pro max yogurt issue

    I spilled some yogurt on my iPhone 11 Pro Max lower half (spilled, not dropped into the glass) it doesn't seem to have gotten to deep into the charging port however are there any parts I should worry about having been damaged (such as the microphone)?

    Also is there anything I can do to prevent any further damage to my phone?

    iPhone not charging / Charger won't stay plugged in

    I have an iPhone 8 that is around two years old and it will not charge without me physically pressing the charger into the phone. I press the nub of the charger into the phone and it charges, but the moment I let go the phone stops charging.

    I'm sure I'm not the only to have experienced this problem. Does anybody know if this phenomenon has a name and what can be done about it?

    This isn't the first iPhone I've owned and they all ended up dying this way. It seriously makes me reconsider whether I want to get another iPhone.

    I recorded over 100 videos yesterday for a documentary I am making. This increased my storage usage from about 15gb to 35gb. I transferred all the videos to my laptop and they all disappeared from my phone. However my storage has stayed the same. How do I fix this and get my storage back to normal? 35gb used up with effectively no photos.

    Just realized that after taking a photo in square size, if I go to edit and resize, it only resizes in square proportion only. Is there a way to resize to any rectangular shape?

    (Some) notifications gone

    For the last couple of days my notifications for Instagram, Snapchat and Reddit (incidentally the 3 apps I use most) haven't been showing. They still work for every other app.

    I didn't change anything in the settings and when I check settings it says they all are fully on. I changed my lock and home screens on Friday but that shouldn't affect anything right?

    Is this a common problem? Thanks for any help

    There is a room in my house that is at least 5 degree lower than the rest of the house, and even more in the winter.

    I have a thermometer in there with an app that sends a notification if the temp is lower than a certain amount.

    The problem is if I have do not disturb on (overnight), I don't wake up to fix it because I don't hear the notification.

    Is there a way to have my phone silent overnight but still have sound from this one app?

    (I'm renting, otherwise I'd change the room!!!) TIA!

    iPhone 13 Pro Max 1x (Wide) camera issue. The ultrawide and zoom work perfectly fine. The phone wasn't dropped and doesn't show sign of damage. What might be the issue and solution?

    Sticky power button

    How does one clean a sticky power button? I know what got inside. I accidentally dropped a cup of a popsicle with the syrup residue and I couldn't clean my phone in time and in went under the power button? It's becoming very hard to activate my wallet and assistive touch because it's very stiff and mushy. Should I go to apple/repair center? Or is there a way to clean it ?

    Passcode required to enable Touch ID

    So I was required to enter passcode to enable Touch ID upon first unlocking attempt after less than 3 hours not using my Iphone. I don't know why, talked to Apple Support and found no issue with my Touch ID, I'm using Iphone 8plus, IOS 15.1. Has anyone run into this issue and happen to figure out why? Noted: My phone didn't restart/reboot whatsover, not using Emergency SOS, no one else has accessed to it. Please help! Noted: The phone was on my bed so we can rule out the "in your pocket" situation.
