100 Quick Tl;Dr iOS Game Reviews / Recommendations (Episode 100) - ANNIVERSARY EDITION! Posted: 27 Aug 2021 06:26 AM PDT Thank you x100! The past 100 weeks have been an absolute blast for me thanks to you guys and this community. You guys' support for my videos on YouTube and weekly posts here on r/iosgaming are a huge motivation for me. And here we are - 100 weeks later, haha. That's just crazy :P But enough with the emotional sobbing - we're here for the games! ;) So, to celebrate this 100 episode milestone, I figured I'd pick some of my favorite games from ALL 99 previous episodes and list them here. This took most of my day today, haha - but these are my personal favorite games from all 99 previous episodes. Does that mean these games are the best mobile games ever? Not necessarily, and I'm sure I've missed a TON. Some weeks had 2 or 3 amazing games, and some games may have turned for the worse since I played them - but these are games that I really enjoyed for one reason or another when I played them. Enjoy :) Great Action + Fighting Gameplay Experiences

The same 25 or so games have been at the top of the ios paid charts for as long as I can remember. Posted: 26 Aug 2021 04:46 PM PDT Where have all the developers gone? The free gaming on ios is horrible and apple arcade was a massive hit+miss. [link] [comments]

Are there any Legend of Zelda-esque games you wanna recommend to me? Posted: 27 Aug 2021 07:01 AM PDT Same as title. Ideally, it should be an adventure game of sorts that you only have to pay for once and it controlled via tapping the screen and other such gestures in lieu of on-screen buttons. Posted: 27 Aug 2021 08:10 AM PDT This list is libraries of multiple point-and-click escape games that are FTP and FTW, have no or unobtrusive advertising, are logical, and are uncluttered enough to play well on a phone. If you know someone who likes short, cute games, much of this list will be a good fit. Suggestions are welcome -- I'd love to find games I haven't tried yet. Cube Escape Collection (Rusty Lake): complex games linked in a story of existential dread and horror, with a quirky sense of humor. Highest in difficulty of this list. Escape Game Collection (GB Finger Studio): the adventures of a youth and his uncle in extensive contemporary Japanese settings, plus some exotic and holiday levels. Updates at least monthly. Escape Game Collection (Nicolet): simple stylized graphics in a Richard Scarry-esque world. Adds new levels every few months. Same developer makes a Basic collection that may no longer be updated. Escape Game Museum (Ragdoll LLC): contemporary rooms, each accessed via a work of art. Updates happen occasionally. Escape Games Library (Tomoya Tsurata): castles to contemporary, inhabited by dogs. Emphasis on combining and disassembling objects, so it initially feels a little harder than others. Updates every month or two. Funkyland Escape Games (Funkyland): mostly ornate hotels and restaurants, with some tricky puzzles. Same developer has other collections that aren't in English but are playable anyway. The List (Mina Imachi): vast dread-filled settings linked by a psychological horror narrative. Updates occasionally. A similar story appears in the Psycho Room collection, which is complete. Petit Escape (Kazutaka Takamori): short, simple rooms from the makers of the quirky Cape's Escape series. Updates monthly on the 25th. Portal of Madogiwa (Masakazu Shima): cartoon-style multi-room settings where the emphasis is on manipulating the environment. Unknown update schedule. Prison Games (Nakayubi): extensive cheerful adventures of pigs, monkeys, and turtles in contemporary Japan. Earn coins to play locked levels by watching ads. Developer also makes the simpler EXiTS collection. Updates at least monthly. [link] [comments]

Looking for games where I can just play to empty my mind and listen to musics with. Posted: 26 Aug 2021 12:57 PM PDT Nothing hardcore, no stories, no commiting, just want to chill. maybe shooting stuff for hours or endless runner games idk. thanks^ [link] [comments]
Posted: 27 Aug 2021 01:52 AM PDT Just wanna know how the game runs and is it worth the money?? [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Aug 2021 05:58 PM PDT I've been looking for good realistic war games. Preferably ones that recreate events from past wars, not creating some new war. Thank you in advance! [link] [comments]
Games similar to motor world: car factory? Posted: 26 Aug 2021 11:41 PM PDT Anyone know of a similar game to this, it hasn't been updated in over a year sadly. A game sorta where you build up your collection of vehicles and can merge them to reveal new vehicles. You also have to build your car stage by stage. [link] [comments]
Posted: 26 Aug 2021 02:25 PM PDT Hey all! I just finished Severed, which I really really liked. One of the things I liked most is that it told a complete story and the gameplay reflected that as well. A lot of mobile games go for "replay-ability", such as roguelikes (Pixel Dungeon, Slay the Spire , etc) or puzzle games or MMOs or even "story games" where the narrative is crafted through random events (Reign is like this). I've downloaded and played a number of adventure games (Kathy Rain, Gemini Rue, etc), but the gameplay isn't super engaging. What are your favorite games that tell a complete story and have a defined end? [link] [comments]
What are some actually good and free story-based games? Posted: 26 Aug 2021 01:11 PM PDT It's been a really long time since I've taken the time to explore the App Store, but if I go to the games section all I see is trash that you see in every mobile ad ever, at least in the free section. I remember times when games like Monument Valley, Hitman GO, etc. have been free and I was wondering if there was something good and polished like those. If there's a bit of a story to follow then even better, just as it's free. [link] [comments] |
