Posted: 28 Jul 2021 06:04 PM PDT I have a question involving a very mysterious slip up by apple photos. Let me give you the story... So on July 17th, 2015 I was frolicking the beautiful lands of the Pemberton Valley in British Columbia, Canada at a now retired music festival called Pemberton Music Festival. I was at Zhu's set at around 12:30AM and took a video to remember his jaw-dropping set. When I finished recording the video, I was baffled at what I saw. Like many others who attend events like these, I was a wee bit under the influence and thought I was merely hallucinating when I saw the location attached to the photo as "Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Las Vegas, Nevada". To my astonishment, in the morning that same location was still attached to the photo. Fast forward almost 6 years to the date, I'm bored as can be and am perusing my apple photos browsing by the location setting and I'm reminded of this weird occurrence. As some may know, EDC is hosted at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway and I was instantly reminded of that evening when myself and none of my friends could figure out how this may have happened. This is the only time a photo has ever showed the completely wrong location, not even the same country! So I am asking the apple community, can anyone help me solve this mystery?? [link] [comments] |
