    1st gen Ipad Air takes 15 minutes to turn on, and then immediately turns off because it didn't collect enough power. Is it a problem with the charger?

    So I'm in an iCloud with my whole family, and my dad has this thing where he can check any downloaded apps from any of the iCloud members. Is there any way I can download an app without it showing up on that list and without him seeing it? Like logging out of the iCloud, then downloading it, then logging back in?

    Can't get Itunes to install on my Windows 10 64 bit computer

    Whenever I try to install itunes on my computer, my C drive barely has any space, so I always switch the drives in the installation menu, then when I click install it says "The highlighted volumes do not have enough disk space available for the current selected features. You can remove files from the highlighted volumes, choose to install fewer features onto local drives, or select different destination drives", and also the other drive I am trying to put it on has 850 GB and the one it says its trying to put it on has 151 MB, which seems accurate. If someone can figure out a way to solve this, I will be grateful, thank you all in advance

    I have an email that I need to send over and over to different people at different times throughout the week. Basically, its a link to a survey that they need to fill out. Is there a way to create this as a template email and then I can somehow easily schedule them to send? I am currently using Mailbutler, but its still labor intensive. I'd love to be able to do "Hey Siri send email x to Joe at 6pm on June 1st and 4pm to Michael on June 2nd". Any way to do this?

    So when Big Sur came out I've been trying to update my laptop to it but it kept on giving me the error of, an error has occurred (it's always at 12 or 10 minutes), try to update again. So I decided now that I'm gonna factory reset (without backup.) So now I've reset it and cannot download os. I'm in mac os utilities (where its, time machine, disk utility, download os, get help from apple site. But now whenever I try to download os it gives me an error. No option for big sur or mojave. I can do catalina or high sierra. I'm just getting errors, for catalina it says an error has occured please try again to install, it would always happen when there's 15 seconds left. On high sierra it says, need to download important content cannot download important content right now. Please Help Me.

    2011 21.5" imac died during storm - worth attempting repair?

    I heard thunder in the distance and unplugged my imac, after the storm was over i turned it back on and after a while I put it to sleep. Then another stormcloud came along and I was playing guitar and forgetting that it was on when a rather bad sounding high pitched noise came from my imac.

    After that it doesn't start up. took off the screen and LED1 is on but not any others. Took out my ssd and I can boot that from my mini, seems fine. I took out the ram and tested that in a friends identicle imac and it worked.

    It looks like it cost £35 for a new psu. If I did that and it didn't solve the issue then I'd be after a new logic board which cost from £20 to over a £100. Maybe other things are dead too. could be a bad rabbit hole.

    Is it worth trying to fix? should I just sell it as spares and move on?

    is the apple silicon cover water proof?

    I've bought an apple silicon case for iphone 12.
    Now, i'm not asking whether the iphone will not get wet, i know it will, but the case itself has a metal ring inside it for the magsafe. will it be damaged? is charging with a wet case harmful to the phone or the case?

    Macbook wont charge

    2017 13inch pro, I plug in the charger and the battery icon flashes back and forth from charging to not charging while making the charging sound. I already tried smc and pram... any suggestions?

    Change Auto-Lock to “Never”

    Hey!

    I have been trying to figure out how to change my Auto-Lock from 5 minutes to never. Apple doesn't give me this option. It only goes up to 5 minutes which is a huge inconvenience. I am using an iPhone XS Max. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    On my mackbook air my numbers 1-9 just randomely stopped working, but started working again. I know that it isnt a keyboard problem because some days it would work perfectly fine and others it stopped working. I have mouse keys dissabled and reset my PRAM, none of them worked. The numbers work if i press them down really hard, and sometimes just work normally. This really irritates me as I play some games such as minecraft on this computer. Any help would be appreciated!

    ipod nano g6. whenever I boot it up it sends me to this screen a couple seconds after, I did try connecting it but it'll just send me to a white screen telling to not disconnect afterwards and then repeating the whole process

    Permanently Deleted Photos

    I am devastated. Normally my google photos automatically uploads/back ups all my photos, without failure. I was trying to free up space, and I stupidly deleted a bunch of really important photos. I deleted them in the "recently deleted" folder as well, because I needed storage. Checked my google photos and realized they never backed up. Went to my iCloud: it says photos is "on" but it said iCloud backup "off". Am I doomed? 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

    iPhone XS Max completely unusable?

    I dropped my phone in the grocery store, and it was fine(there are no cracks or anything visibly broken), I looked at a video on twitter and my phone froze on that video, the video just kept replaying, the touch screen stopped working and it would not restart. Suddenly the phone turns off and turns bacon then there's an alert the the face recognition is off, wifi, cellular buttons, bluetooth were all turned off as well. I could turn them all back on aside from wifi. No apps would open properly, I can't receive text messages, and now the phone won't charge either. Its dead now and I'm not really sure what to do? Its an old phone, so thus out of warranty... any advice?

    Weird screen when I shut off my Macbook Pro. I recently factory reset my macbook because I wanted to delete everything and start over. When I was downloading the OS the screen shut off so I touched the touch pad and it turned on to the download screen. More in comments .

    I tried downloading some Microsoft apps such as Intune, Microsoft authenticator, and I got an account with my company’s Outlook, but I removed all these apps. However, I still get this pop up asking me for my work-related “passcode”.

    I get this pop up message as soon as I have my phone off of standby. a few days ago, I tried using my phone for work, and so I downloaded MS Authenticator, and Intune Company Portal, and I used up one of my company's Outlook subscriptions. I've since deleted the Intune and Authenticator, and I'm still seeing this pop up asking me for my passcode. Should I reset my iPhone?

    MacBook Pro is getting to ~200 F from just watching Youtube

    Hi everyone,

    I've been having some issues with my 2017 MacBook Pro 2017 lately. I noticed that my Mac got extremely hot while watching streams on twitch. There has also been a random ticking noise occurring at random intervals (no pattern from what I can tell) – I don't know if this is related to a temperature thing or something else.

    I thought that this could be a Google Chrome issue, so I download the Twitch application and that helped with the heating issue. However, I've just been watching random YouTube videos, and temperatures are up around 200° F. I have no other applications running, so I am pretty confused by this. The bottom of the computer is hot to touch and I cannot rest it on my lap. The fan does not seem to ever go on (that I can audibly hear).

    Something interesting I just noticed: I am doing text to speech right now (using the Mac voice dictation function), the temperatures are saying 203° F, and the fans just turned on. As soon as I quit out of the voice dictation function, the fans immediately turn on. If I turn on voice dictation, the fans immediately turn off. This is the first time I have audibly heard the fan while having this issue.

    My battery says "Service Battery", which doesn't make sense either because I have really good battery life. I don't know if the clicking is related to a power issue?
