- Audio levels drop and rise when watching films. During loud and even quiet scenes, the audio can drop making me turn it up. Then a minute or two later I have to turn it down because it increases. Any ideas guys? IPad Pro 12.9” 2020

By a stroke of luck (and by his subsequent efforts) our dear member u/PeterDragon50 has already provided answers to some important questions, but I'm wondering what other questions you'd like the official reviewers to answer tomorrow? I'm assuming some reviewers are on this sub today and might perhaps be looking for last minute inspiration. Do you find it losing it's ability to hold a position securely? or does it still close all the way, so that it's not flush against the back of the case? | iPad Pro 12.9in has changed my productivity forever Posted: 17 May 2021 04:15 PM PDT I am getting ready to go back to grad school so I have been studying for the GRE and taking classes to make myself a better applicant. I used a MacBook Pro in undergrad and have now switched to the 12.9in IPad Pro. This thing is AMAZING. I love using it and find myself finding reasons to get on it. I am MUCH more productive on my iPad than I ever was on my MacBook. The multi-tasking is not the greatest, but I actually find this a plus. I get distracted very easily and the IPad forces me to focus and get 1 task done at a time. I also have a Mac Mini M1 that I have at my desk that I can remote into in for any software that isn't on the IPad yet. Anyone else actually like how the IPad forces you to focus on 1 task at a time or have a Mac Mini M1 + IPad Pro combo? Kind regards, SI [link] [comments]  | ||

| A simple, helpful, free app that expands the margins of pdfs for more annotation space Posted: 18 May 2021 12:05 AM PDT For the hardcore notetakers/annotators/students out there: I just found an app that will adjust the margins of pdfs so you have more space in the margins to annotate. I just found it a little while ago and tried it out. It's called PDF Margin Adjuster. Appears to have no ads and collect no user data. I have wanted something that gave me a larger margin on my pdfs to write notes in for a while. This kind of utility is the next best thing. I can expand margins and then share the resulting pdf to Goodnotes from the app to annotate. I thought some others would also like something like this so I decided to share. Hopefully there aren't a million free apps just like it and I am just too unaware to have noticed previously. [link] [comments]  | ||

Even more beautiful than I could have anticipated or imagined. I was definitely torn, as I'm obviously afraid it will get dirty / show dirt easily, but holy crap.... it is beautiful!!! I'm SO glad I threw caution to the wind and ordered it! (Yeah....THAT is crazy, baby!!! 😂😂😂 THIS is adult YOLO! 😋) I figure worst case, if it gets to the point where it's killing my OCD, I can resell it at a bit of a loss, get the black one again.... Posted: 17 May 2021 06:36 PM PDT Hello, As a student who works a lot with Photoshop and Illustrator, and an aspiring graphic designer, I decided I'm getting the iPad Pro this year. I currently have an Intel 13" base model MacBook Pro, and I'm in the process of upgrading to Apple Silicon, so this iPad would serve as a companion device for either an iMac or a possible 16" M1X MacBook Pro (still deciding). With this said, I'm really indecisive on whether getting the 11" or the 12.9" iPad. Although I like the portability of 11" and, due to its size, maybe it would be a better companion device along the MacBook, I also would like having a bigger display size to work with, especially with design apps, serving as a companion to the iMac, and I think it would be weird having a huge iPad, which is almost a laptop, as I also plan getting the Magic Keyboard, with the 16" MacBook Pro. I know this is very specific lol, but please leave your opinion, I really appreciate it. Thank you! [link] [comments]  |
