    For those who don't know, ios-signer-service is a self-hosted, cross-platform service to sign and install iOS apps, all without a computer.

    It's been a while since I posted any updates, but I have been busy. Nevertheless, there have been some small but sweet quality of life updates for the project:

    • Brand new documentation

      I feel like this is the headline of every update, but it's for a good reason - the documentation is now easier than ever to read and follow. If you gave up before, give it another chance.

    • Tutorial video

      What many of you have been waiting for! The video was postponed many times due to significant changes in the project and lack of free time, but nonetheless, here it is now. Please note that this is a first attempt and the video is not perfect. It also doesn't cover all of the setup - free developer account setup and certificate setup are missing since those steps require a Mac and I don't currently have access to one. I'm happy to hear any comments and recommendations. Maybe a second video will follow.

    • Pretty-printed logs

      Logs are no longer printed in black-and-white, hard-to-read JSON, but colorful key-value pairs thanks to zerolog.

    • ngrok was replaced with Cloudflare Argo (cloudflared)

      Both ngrok and Argo are supported, but the latter is now used in the guide. Argo is completely free and requires no registration unlike ngrok, making the installation easier, and it also offers significantly faster transfer speeds.

    • Improved dev account and 2FA handling

      You will no longer be automatically prompted for a 2FA code when using a dev account - some scenarios will not require one. Instead, if you get a 2FA code, there is now a button on to submit the code manually.

    As always, I will be monitoring Reddit for the short term, but for more persistent communication please use the GitHub issue board instead.

    How does this tweak work?

    Make sure to enable 'do not disturb' before going to bed, then when you disable it in the morning, you will be greeted with a notification telling you a summary of your battery performance, and in particular how much % you lost overnight.

    This tweak doesn't have to be used at night time either, you can use it throughout the day as well to keep track of your battery draining performance.

    Either way it's clean, but it makes more sense for someone on their phone to pull down the control center from the top instead of it pulling up from the bottom of the screen.

    [Tip] Vinyl on iOS 14 comes very close to a minimalistic player like Sylph on iOS 13 and with the background opacity lvl set down to 0 its even better

    CCCalc is a tweak that allows you to use the calculator directly from the control center. I really loved that tweak, but unfortunately it's not working on 14.3. It's open source, maybe someone can make it work on 14.3? That would be awesome!

    Is anyone an Instacart shopper and also jailbroken?

    I'm asking because I've been jailbroken for over a month and also logged into my Insta cart shopper account.

    But suddenly the app now crashes and won't let me sign in after reinstall.

    I am just wondering if anyone else is an Insta cart shopper and jailbroken and if they have experienced the same issues and if so I have any possible solutions.

    [Help] Updated to iOS 14.3 Uncover, and anything that has to do with camera and pictures dont work

    I take a picture on camera, it works then for some reason it cant take another photo until I close the camera app by the app switcher. The photos I take dont show up in the photos app, google photos doesnt show any photos either. It wasnt until I restarted the phone when the photos showed up, but they appear and act like videos. Screenshots dont work either. Also when the photos app is working (not frozen), when I try to open the photos it gives me a low resolution of the photo. Ive tried using Choicy to stop tweak injection in Camera and Photos hoping it would stop this glitch but I had no success. The only thing thats fixed my problem is restarting the phone and I can rejailbreak and everything works.

    one thing: I just updated from iOS 13.4.1 on Checkrain, now on uncover for 14.3.
